"I know, right!" She smiled.
"How many people have you spoken to, today?" Sari asked curiously.
"Seven directors in total. Luigi introduced me to three of them, and Tony introduced both Alicia and I to four of them. One of them expressed interest in casting Alicia for a second lead role." June was excited as she shared the news.
"Really?"
"Didn't Tony tell you about this?" June asked.
Sari sighed and shook her head.
"Are things that awkward between you two?" June looked at Sari.
"A little, but it's fine. We agreed to not let our work suffer for our breakup."
"My darling cousin, I'm seriously worried about you." June placed her hand on Sari's shoulder.
Sari laughed. "What are you worried about?"
"Nothing!" June smiled.
"Sari, June, guess who just gave me his card?" Alicia hurried to them, and exclaimed.
"Who?" Both June and Sari asked.
"Director Timothy." Alicia gave the card to Sari.
