In its normal state, the 'Barbed Spear that Pierces with Death' was an Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm.
It possessed the ability to reverse causality.
For example, it would first create the 'effect' of 'the opponent's heart has been pierced', which then generates the 'cause' of 'the heart being pierced by the spear'.
The moment it is unleashed, the result of 'piercing the opponent's heart' is already established.
Once released, Gáe Bolg would inevitably pierce the opponent's heart.
When released at full power, it transforms into the B+ rank 'Soaring Spear that Strikes with Death'.
Although it lacks the conceptual property of 'always piercing the opponent's heart',

Leaving the Mirage Realm and returning to their residence on Earth, the group of seven went out for lunch, too lazy to cook for themselves.
The time was four in the afternoon.
Yotsuya Miko came over after school.
In the large first-floor kitchen, everyone pitched in to prepare a super-sumptuous dinner together.
Tohru served as the head chef.
Lin and the others helped with prep work.
Although he possessed the peak culinary skills of Liu Maoxing from Chūka Ichiban! and the ability to make food glow, Lin didn't usurp Tohru's role.

Her fair, slender, and sensuously full, rounded legs were on complete display.
"Tohru, what's this?"
Lin looked at her thoughtfully.
Tohru closed the door, came to the bedside, and threw herself directly onto Lin:
"Lin, take me."
It had been many days since she became Lin's retainer, but Lin had never taken the initiative to express a desire to become one with her.
She had been patiently enduring it until now.
But after hearing Lin's words today, she felt she couldn't hold back any longer.
She wanted to give herself to Lin.
"Alright..."
Meeting Tohru's gaze and sensing the anticipation and affection in her heart, Lin smiled and nodded.
With a thought, he turned off the lights.
A soundproofing barrier enveloped them.
