After that, we were sent back. Ryuto insist of having a reinforcement with me but I decline, reasoning with him that they needed it more than me since some enemy were able to pass by them.
Due to this, he agree and let me leave alone with my angel by my side, aliya. Of course, even if a high ranking invader ambush us, it is still no match against aliya as she'll just decimate it. Though an army of it can be tricky. It is also one of the reason why she died after all.

I said, as I sipped. Since we were alone, I removed my masked for now. Though, to outsider I am still on a mask.
That is because of the nature of the mask. As long as you think of it, you can make the mask see what you want them to see. And due to this, I was able to create an illusion of me still wearing them. Hiding my identity from any possible danger. Specially 'her'.
"Commander, I suddenly pick up a high speed vehicle heading towards our warship."
I stopped before hopping of the beach chair, ready my gun and head towards the direction it was coming from according to aliya. And after a few seconds, a blur image can bee seen from a far. As it got closer, it was slowly becoming clear and clear.

I muttered before ordering aliya to transform into her second form. Since the fact that they were casually strong around the ocean with only a jet ski meansthey might be powerful.
Take aokiji from one piece for an example. Dude is one of stronges logia user and yet he drives the bicycle around the sea where one touch is over for him. That's why you shouldn't underestimate someone who chooses to be alone, wandering around like nothing.
