Ryan said, speechless, "You're all so narrow-minded! You've been so frightened by a weakened Deoxys like this."
Ryan couldn't help but feel disappointed with these researchers. He had thought they were talented, but they turned out to be useless people who only cared about science and had no knowledge of Pokémon.
But the trip had been worth it; he had seen the Deoxys. From the images, Ryan knew that the Deoxys was on its last legs and not worth worrying about. He figured bringing Rayquaza along would be enough to deal with it. The next step was to figure out how to consume the meteorite.
After all, space is a vacuum, and ordinary Pokémon can't survive there. Ryan's current idea was to have Mewtwo and the others use their psychic powers to form a barrier, protecting a portion of the area and bringing enough oxygen into space.
This way, they could gradually destroy the meteorite with the help of baby Rayquaza and the others, while simultaneously breaking down its structure and reducing its size as much as possible.
What Ryan hadn't noticed was that, though this Deoxys was already at the end of its strength, in its desperate situation, it was gradually mastering its origin power, and traces of its domain were slowly emerging.
