The air in the night was cool, but Yue Xin couldn't feel any of it.

She nodded and did as she was told.
Yue Xin sat down and helped pour a cup of tea for him and herself.
When she was done, he picked up the teacup and had a sip of the tea.
He swallowed the tea slowly, formulating his speech in his mind while doing so.
