Liliana wasn't alone who sensed the abnormalities. Samuel was the same. His shock almost made him jump from his throne, but he barely managed to control himself.
'What is this, Aegon?' Samuel thought, gripping the armrest tightly. He glanced at Arnold, who had his head lowered and sent a mental message. 'You better explain properly what is happening.'
'I would if I had any clues,' Arnold retorted in return. 'I never knew he has something like this. More than that, shouldn't you be focusing on the dead God?'
'He stirred in his eternal slumber,' Samuel replied, his voice growing stern. 'Why do you think I'm so worried here?'
Arnold stayed silent on that. Even he could understand Samuel's worry, as he himself was worried.
He glanced at his daughter, who cheered for Aegon like a child. He knew she also noticed the abnormalities, but her single mind was focused entirely on Aegon.
"Xiu, did you know about this?" Arnold asked.
