The Eternal Sanctum had so much going on, that nobody noticed Arthur still kneeling. Or perhaps, they just pretended not to notice him.
Liliana patted his shoulder lightly and said, "Stand up. Are you going to show this sight to our children?"
Arthur stayed still for a moment before standing up. Closing his eyes, he asked, "I thought you hated me?"
"I can never hate you," Liliana muttered. Turning towards Xiu as she continued. "She's grown up, huh. I still can't believe it."
"Ironic how responsibilities matured someone like her," Arthur replied, his lips tugging upwards in a faint smile as he looked at Xiu. "Still, she's my younger sister."
"She didn't even look at you," Liliana said, her monotonous voice unchanging.
Arthur seemed used to it, as he replied, "She's avoiding me. That's fine, because I don't think I can face her."
His eyes glanced toward the entrance as he said, "I'm more concerned about what mission Father gave to her. Hope she doesn't mess this up."
