There were many injured people nearby because of Hulk's appearance. People stood in small groups, supporting each other, their faces filled with extreme panic. In their eyes, as they looked at Hulk, there was only fear.
Their fear further stimulated Hulk. Normally, he wasn't liked by people, and now that he was infected with the Laughing Virus, his mental state had become even more frenzied.
The slightest hint of dislike from others would be magnified in his mind, becoming even more insane.
Several police cars had already surrounded Hulk, blocking off both ends of the street. Several snipers were stationed on the nearby buildings, constantly watching Hulk.
All the police officers held their guns, aiming at Hulk. The look of disgust in their eyes was not concealed at all. Faced with such a powerful species, the first reaction of humans was to eliminate it; coexistence was impossible.

Just as the rapidly spinning "iron disc" was about to smash someone into bits, it suddenly braked sharply and froze mid-air.
"There are too many people here; restrain him to prevent further damage!"
A low shout came from nearby. Several people walked towards Hulk against the flow of people. One of them, a scholarly-looking man, raised his right hand towards the iron manhole cover. With a wave of his hand, the cover floating in the air flew back.
It slammed hard into Hulk's stomach, the impact sending him flying a considerable distance.
The person who made the move was Charles, who possessed the ability to control magnetic fields. He took a few steps, looked around, spread his arms to the sides, and his eyes grew deep.
The smashed iron cars around them all floated into the air. Charles pushed his hands towards Hulk, and the car fragments flew towards him, but they did not directly attack him; instead, they surrounded him in a circle.
Stark's eyes flashed with surprise. He hadn't expected his new friend to have the ability to control metal. He turned to Han Yu and asked, "Isn't Charles a scientist? How does he have superpowers?"
Han Yu chuckled, then realized he hadn't explained Charles' other identity to Stark. He said, "He is indeed a scientist, but he's also a Mutant, meaning a human with a Mutant gene. There are many others like him in the world. Charles and his friends and I run a school specifically for Mutants."
"Impressive. I've never heard of an organization like that. So, he must be the principal, right?" Stark asked.
Han Yu wore a helpless expression. Before he could speak, Charles interjected.
"I'm the vice-principal. Han Yu is the principal, but he's usually a hands-off leader. I basically handle the school's affairs."
Han Yu shook his head helplessly. What did he mean by "hands-off leader"? He hadn't even wanted to be the principal in the first place.
Stark nodded, surprised by the relationship between Han Yu and Charles. At the same time, he felt a little uneasy.
They were establishing a school to accommodate Mutants, which meant there was a considerable number of them. The creation of such a school suggested that both good and bad things would happen in the future.
Stark frowned slightly. This wasn't good for him. He needed to accelerate his technological advancements. "Looks like I need to research some armor that can't be controlled by these abilities. It's not necessarily to defend against him, but it would be terrible if some Mutants attacked later. I'll ask Charles for more details after this is over. It wouldn't be bad to invest in the school."
He was just thinking this when two streaks of fire tore across the sky and plummeted to the ground. It was Stark's Iron Armor. He hurried forward and entered the Iron Armor, which was the size of a normal human.
Then, he opened his palm cannons and fired, flying above the Hulkbuster Armor. The Hulkbuster Armor immediately opened its cockpit door to let him in.
The double-armed Stark said, "Let me handle this!"
Immediately, the palm cannons in his hands began to gather energy, and a scorching palm cannon laser shot out, striking the iron ball that was tightly surrounding the Hulk.
What he did wasn't a direct attack on the Hulk, but rather melting the iron blocks, making them seal together more tightly.
In places where the metal wasn't melting enough, Charles immediately controlled several metal fragments to make up for it.
Stark and Charles exchanged a smile. Although they had only known each other for a short time, they both had a tacit understanding. They quickly restricted the Hulk's movements.
But the good times didn't last. The next second, a blinding light flashed out from the gaps in the iron ball. The iron ball cage, which had been painstakingly melted together, was easily broken by the Hulk.
"Roar!"
A deep but immense roar erupted from Hulk's mouth. The sound shook the ordinary people present, causing them to cover their heads; they couldn't withstand the roar alone.
Following that, Hulk clenched his fists and charged toward Han Yu and the others. A faint green light enveloped his fists. The sharp sonic boom produced during his swings pierced everyone's eardrums, driving them crazy. This attack was more violent than any of Hulk's previous ones. He could now use the nuclear-bomb-like energy within his body. If one were to ask who could compete with him in terms of pure power without being at a disadvantage,
then among Han Yu and the others, there was only one choice: Ultron.
The next second, Ultron stepped forward beside Han Yu. His eyes, which usually saw everything with indifference, suddenly became sharp. Facing Hulk's incredibly violent fist, he employed the simplest and most brutal method.
He met the attack head-on!
Even with his height of nearly two meters, he was still dwarfed by Hulk. His fist was not even half the size of Hulk's little fingernail.
Yet, with such a fist, he fearlessly punched toward Hulk without the slightest hesitation.
"You're still too green to try and match strength with me!"
Ultron's sharp gaze turned ruthless. He threw a straightforward punch, aiming directly at Hulk's fist.
The two fists collided. An incredibly powerful shockwave erupted from the point of contact, blasting outwards and shattering the police car barriers on both sides of the street, sending many people flying.
