When the manager heard that Alan was actually Newland Krex's cousin, his eyes immediately opened wide, and right after Alan finished speaking, the manager quickly bowed deeply at Alan, then said respectfully, "My apologies! I didn't know that you are Newland Krex's cousin! Please excuse me for a moment, I will immediately go ahead and pass your words over to Newland Krex."
