Under the Starweaver's lead, they all entered the elevator. Whatever material this thing was made from, even after three thousand years, it was still perfectly intact and could even draw magic power from this magical anomaly zone to operate.
When the elevator doors opened again, everyone froze.
Compared to the first floor, the second floor was way too... plain. Pitch black all over, not a single bit of light anywhere. The whole place was packed with massive magical devices of various purposes, with only enough space between them for maybe two people to walk through.
What really blew their minds though—some of these magical devices were actually still running, like they were recording something.
