Chapter 51 - Chapter 51: Farewell Gift! The Eternal Log Pose to God Valley

"Gurararara~!"

Edward sneered,

"Shiki! You look like a complete wreck. Don't tell me… you lost?"

Ochoku chuckled mockingly,

"Judging by that sorry state, you didn't just lose… you got stomped."

"Hehehe!"

Silver Axe smirked,

"Don't tell me that's all you managed?"

"Disgraceful."

John, half-drunk, shook his head. They may have come back empty-handed, but at least they hadn't been chased down and beaten bloody like Shiki.

"Heh..."

Arthur smiled faintly and said nothing. But that light laugh stung worse than any insult.

"Bastards!"

Shiki snarled,

"You talk too damn much."

"Shut it and get ready!"

He had no time to waste on their taunts.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Suddenly—

Behind Shiki, five powerful figures emerged.

Everyone's expressions immediately turned grim.

They were monsters.

Each one no weaker than Shiki himself.

Each one clad in white suits and wearing animal-themed masks.

There was no mistaking it—CP0.

Every single one was Admiral-level.

"So that's what happened..."

Arthur narrowed his eyes.

"No wonder the rest of us had an easier time—these guys were all chasing Shiki."

"Let's move!"

Shiki didn't hesitate. In a flash, he reached the group, stretched out one arm, and lifted chunks of stone from the ground using his Devil Fruit power.

Everyone jumped aboard.

SHOOM!

The stones launched into the sky, flying rapidly toward the horizon. But the five CP0 agents weren't letting go that easily—

They used Geppo to pursue.

"Persistent bastards!"

Shiki's expression darkened, growling:

"I'll slice you all to bits!"

Arthur called out,

"Shiki, calm down! This isn't the time to lose your head."

He pulled out his goddamn holy stick—

ready to launch an Excalibur.

The others also stepped up. If they didn't stop the CP0 pursuers here and now, they'd all be dragged into a prolonged chase—and that would spell disaster once reinforcements returned.

Time was running out.

And so—

"Excalibur!"

"Sea Quake!"

...

...

And so...

Six warriors.

Six ultimate techniques.

A farewell gift delivered with overwhelming force of love.

BOOOOOM!!!

A towering mushroom cloud erupted midair.

And in that moment—

Shiki seized the opportunity to fly them all far away.

The five CP0 agents, unable to close the distance in time, were forced to return to the Red Line.

---

"Damn it!"

Shiki slumped down, out of breath and scowling.

"Those CP0 bastards really set a trap for me... I had just found the guy we were looking for when they swarmed me. If I weren't strong enough, I'd have been captured for sure."

"Gurararara~!"

Edward laughed heartily.

"No wonder my side of the Red Line felt so easy… Looks like all the trouble was flocking to you!"

"..."

Shiki's expression was as sour as a rotting lemon.

Sure, he had gotten something out of this mission—

but this wasn't the way he wanted to win.

This raid on the Red Line was meant to be a massive score.

And while technically no one came back with anything obvious...

Who could say what people like Arthur and Edward really made off with?

Shiki was the only one who got thoroughly beat down and left empty-handed.

"By the way…"

Silver Axe narrowed his eyes.

"You did bring back the Eternal Log Pose, right?"

"Of course I did!"

Shiki pulled a very old, almost crumbling Eternal Pose from his pocket. Its material was ancient, fragile-looking—like it might fall apart at any moment.

"Hmmm…"

Arthur rubbed his chin, studying the Eternal Pose.

If he wasn't mistaken...

This Pose pointed to God Valley.

In the Grand Line, God Valley was a ghost—a place with no records, no trace on any map.

And yet here it was—

A weathered Eternal Pose, hidden on the Red Line.

And Rocks had ordered them to retrieve it no matter what.

It was obvious.

This Pose led to God Valley.

There was no chance it led to Raftel

.

Arthur was sure of that.

"By the way..."

Shiki turned toward Ochoku and the others, eyeing their injuries.

"You three don't look too good either."

"..."

Their faces stiffened in embarrassment.

They had tried to raid God Valley itself—greedy for the biggest prize.

But they were thrown out like rats.

Meanwhile, Arthur and Edward had kept things simple and walked away with real rewards.

No one knew just how much they had taken, but one thing was clear—

they came back richer.

Arthur and Edward said nothing.

They just smiled.

After all—

Some things were better left unsaid.
