I heard this word multiple times from different people, so I finally asked Vivi to tell me more about it.
Basically, it worked like a contract between two people. But unlike a regular contract—where the government steps in only after someone breaks the agreement—a Soul Oath punishes the guilty instantly and directly the moment they violate its rules.
The instant the oath is breached, the offender's cultivation crumbles, forever sealing their realm at its current stage.
