Chakra, or rather, normal Chakra, is the energy produced by mixing the life force extracted from the body's cells with spiritual energy.
Theoretically, it is a power that was passed down after the birth of the Chakra Fruit.
However, for Schwarzer, who had already fully analyzed it, 'creating' Chakra was not difficult, to say nothing of Hanami's presence.

Kenjaku couldn't find the right adjective for a moment, but everyone present could see his excitement.
Schwarzer generously handed over all the ninjutsu she had obtained from Hanami, as well as all the information on Chakra she had compiled from her database, to Kenjaku.

When dealing with a character like this, a mad scientist with a clear goal, a simple, overt scheme was all that was needed to control him.

It was practically a certainty. The System had appended a string of nines to the probability simply because Schwarzer disliked it, after all, 'in probability theory, zero does not exist.'
Chakra was a more advanced power than Cursed Energy, a fact Kenjaku had already realized in this short time.
This was specifically manifested in how it changed according to each individual's unique constitution; the most basic Five Nature Transformations were categorized based on these different aptitudes.
Beyond that, there were various Kekkei Genkai, which bore similarities to the inherited Cursed Techniques of the Jujutsu world, but in Kenjaku's view, they were a completely superior form of power.
In fact, this was true. After all, Chakra was a power brought by the alien Otsutsuki Clan, and the power levels and upper limits of the Naruto world far exceeded those of Jujutsu Kaisen.
"So, what do you want me to do in exchange for giving me this power?"
Kenjaku admitted he was completely hooked. No matter the cost, he had to get his hands on this power called Chakra.

Kenjaku hadn't expected to get an answer at all; he had only asked casually.
As if to prove her point, Schwarzer extended a hand. A ball of Cursed Energy appeared in her palm, and then... Kenjaku felt a familiar power within it—the aura of Hanami's Cursed Technique.

Not only can she analyze Cursed Energy, but she can even perfectly replicate a Cursed Technique... Kenjaku's mind started racing again.
She's giving me Chakra and having me spread it throughout the world to promote the development of this power system, so she can then analyze new powers? Is that it?

If this plan succeeded, Cursed Spirits would never be born again. All the Cursed Energy born from negative emotions would be converted into Chakra. Theoretically, everyone could obtain genin-level Chakra reserves.
However, Kenjaku's attention was drawn to another word she had used.
