Deep in the night, the sky was as dark as ink, and dozens of Jonin lay in ambush.
Due to the threat from the Land of Akatsuki, Ōnoki had specially selected thirty-six Jonin to guard the three Jinchuriki, ensuring their absolute safety.
Looking at the Jonin patrolling outside the tents in the distance, Zetsu whispered, "Daddy, should we just fight our way in?"
Shun raised his hand and ruffled her hair, his tone relaxed. "Don't worry, we can sneak in without being discovered."
Then, a golden light flashed in the night, and the three had already appeared behind a rock at the edge of the valley, perfectly avoiding the sight of a patrolling team of Jonin.
Yin Release: Concealment Barrier.
Shun quickly formed hand seals, and a faint golden barrier silently enveloped the three of them, instantly becoming transparent.
This barrier could only conceal their Chakra and aura, and would not cause any impact on the surroundings.
The patrolling Jonin still moved along their original routes, completely unaware of the three people so close by.
"The barrier can hide our aura, we'll approach slowly." Shun whispered to the two.
Then, he led them like shadows in the night, moving slowly along the edge of the cliff.
Kaguya's Byakugan was activated the entire time, precisely avoiding the sight of every patrolling team of Jonin, and in just a few minutes, they arrived in front of the leftmost tent.
This was the residence of Roshi, the Four-Tails Jinchuriki. A faint candlelight shone from inside the tent, indicating he was not yet asleep.
Shun gently lifted a corner of the tent flap. Roshi was sitting cross-legged on the ground, training, with a faint Lava Chakra swirling around him.
As Roshi sensed a slight change in the airflow and was about to open his eyes, an invisible Chakra quietly entwined his consciousness.
Genjutsu: Sharingan.
Roshi's eyes instantly became unfocused, his body still maintaining the cross-legged posture, seemingly still training, but in reality, he had fallen into a deep genjutsu.
Shun nodded to Kaguya. "You can start now. Leave some Chakra to sustain his life."
Kaguya stepped forward, raised her hand and placed it on Roshi's shoulder, a gentle suction emanating from her palm.
Son Gokū's Chakra was precisely controlled by Kaguya, continuously gushing out from Roshi's body, flowing into her Chakra pathways through her palm.
A dark red Chakra glow swirled around Kaguya. Her aura visibly strengthened at a rapid pace, and the light in her eyes grew brighter.
A moment later, she withdrew her hand. Roshi's face was somewhat pale, but he still maintained his training posture, his breathing steady.
Shun quietly led the two out of the tent, again avoiding the patrolling Jonin, and teleported to the middle tent.
This was the residence of Han, the Five-Tails Jinchuriki. He was leaning against the cliff, sound asleep, with steam slowly circulating around him, enveloping his body like a thin veil.
Shun repeated his trick, silently injecting genjutsu Chakra into Han's consciousness. Han's brows slightly relaxed, and he slept even more deeply.
Kaguya stepped forward to absorb Five-Tails's Chakra, which elevated her strength another notch.
Finally, the three arrived at the rightmost tent, where Kurotsuchi, the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki, was lying on the bed, hugging the cloud-patterned fabric she had shown Zetsu earlier in the day, a faint smile on her lips, clearly having a wonderful dream.
Shun looked at Kurotsuchi's sleeping face, a hint of playfulness flashing in his eyes. Since she was already under genjutsu, it was a good time to add some "special content."
The Chakra at his fingertips, carrying clear images, slowly flowed into Kurotsuchi's consciousness.
Kurotsuchi's cheeks instantly flushed a faint red, her brows furrowed slightly, then relaxed again, and the smile on her lips deepened.
In her illusion, she was wearing the most beautiful red qipao, standing in a bustling small town, holding Shun's hand. She remembered clearly that this man had a gentle yet undeniably powerful aura, handsome features, and even the sound of his voice made her heart race.
In her heart, Shun was the strongest and most perfect man in the world, and he had long left a deep impression on her young heart.
In the illusion, Shun held her hand and accompanied her to every corner of the world. Finally, they stood at the palace in the Land of Water, the setting sun casting long shadows of the two.
Shun took out an exquisite hairpin, gently placed it in her hair, and whispered, "Kurotsuchi, when you grow up, how about I marry you?"
Kurotsuchi nodded vigorously, her cheeks burning red.
At the end of the illusion, the two walked into a cozy room. Shun gently stroked her hair, embraced her, kissed her lips. Finally, they did some intimate things.
In reality, Kurotsuchi's cheeks were red, her breathing became a little rapid, and her hands tightly clutched the fabric in her arms, as if afraid this beautiful dream would shatter.
Kaguya looked at Kurotsuchi's reaction, a hint of confusion flashing in her eyes, but she didn't ask further, raising her hand and pressing it against her chest.
A while later, she absorbed most of Seven-Tails's Chakra.
"Alright, we should go."
Shun dispelled the barrier, took Kaguya and Zetsu, and teleported out of the valley, disappearing into the night.
The patrolling Jonin were still moving outside the tents, and the valley was so quiet that only the sound of the wind remained, as if everything that had just happened was a silent dream.
The next morning, sunlight streamed into the valley through the tent flaps.
Roshi was the first to wake up. He stretched, feeling a bit tired all over, as if he had trained too much.
"Strange, why did I sleep so soundly last night? And I had a vague dream."
He got up and moved around a bit, saw that the patrolling Jonin outside the tents were still at their posts, so he didn't think much of it and continued his daily training.
Han also slowly woke up, rubbed his eyes, and yawned. "I slept so well last night, but I feel a little tired."
He walked out of the tent, greeted the patrolling Jonin, and went to prepare breakfast, completely unaware of any abnormality.
Just then, Kurotsuchi's tent flap was lifted. She walked out of the tent with her head down, her cheeks still burning red, and her hair a little messy, clearly not fully awake from her beautiful dream.
She secretly glanced at the distant volcanic observation deck, and the smile of Shun from her dream involuntarily appeared in her mind, her heart instantly quickening.
"Kurotsuchi, you're awake? Come eat breakfast." Roshi called out with a smile.
Kurotsuchi suddenly snapped back to reality, quickly nodded, and only quietly responded, "I'm... I'm coming."
She quickly walked to get breakfast and picked up a rice ball, but couldn't eat it.
Thinking of the scenes from her dream, her cheeks flushed even redder. She could only take small bites of the rice ball, her eyes occasionally drifting towards the valley entrance, as if anticipating something.
Roshi and Han exchanged glances, both seeing confusion in each other's eyes.
"Why is Kurotsuchi acting so strange today? Her face is so red, is she sick?"
Roshi shook his head, teasing with a smile, "Maybe she had a wonderful dream."
When Kurotsuchi heard the words "wonderful dream," her cheeks flushed even more.
She quickly lowered her head, vaguely muttering, "N-no. I'm just feeling a little hot."
