Chapter 10 - Crafting The Mission

By mid-October, Abhiram had reached a new phase in his journey—a phase where planning and strategy became as important as hard work. He realized that the ordinary college routine, combined with long commutes and lectures, was gradually consuming time he desperately needed for focused study.

He began measuring his hours carefully. On weekdays, he decided to dedicate five hours at home solely for studies: 2.5 hours in the morning, before college fatigue set in, and 2 hours in the evening, after returning from the bus rides and classes. These blocks became sacred, untouchable by distractions, phones, or social chatter.

The weekends brought their own challenge. While he completed assignments and pending incompletes, there was still no time left to study new concepts or strengthen his foundation. It was frustrating, but he didn't allow it to discourage him. Instead, he made a bold, unconventional decision regarding the upcoming CA test.

Abhiram admitted quietly to himself that he might fail this test. Not because he was careless, but because the basics had never been taught properly in school. Jumping into advanced questions without solid fundamentals would only waste effort and lead to disappointment.

So he made a plan. The goal wasn't to pass immediately—it was to master the basics first. He would treat this test as practice, as a stepping stone. Every failure would now be a lesson, every mistake a stepping stone toward mastery.

His routine was now more disciplined than ever:

* Morning study sessions to tackle tough concepts and formulas.

* Evening sessions to review, revise, and consolidate what he had learned.

* Weekend sessions focused on practice, assignments, and catching up on weaker areas.

Even small victories, like finishing a tricky set of Physics problems or writing a complete Python program, were celebrated. Each step reinforced his mission of DASABASUTORE—discipline, focus, and transformation.

Abhiram knew one truth: success would not come instantly, but with a plan, persistence, and patience, even failure would teach him more than comfort ever could.

He closed his notebook after another evening session, confident and calm. The path ahead was clear: master the basics, build a strong foundation, and gradually rise above past mistakes.

"This test may show failure, but my mission will not fail. I am learning, and soon I will finish it easily."

The boy who had once feared Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry was now turning challenges into strategy, waiting for the moment when all his preparation would meet opportunity.
