The final collision of light and darkness, its power was already beyond what words could describe. The dark star, condensed from Rocks's lifelong ambition and will to destroy, and the brilliant pillar of light, a fusion of the beliefs of the Pirate King and the Marine Hero, annihilated each other in the sky above God Valley. There was no earth-shaking explosion. In that instant, it was as if the entire world had been muted. What followed was a silent, pure annihilation of energy.
Space, like a lake into which a stone had been thrown, violently distorted, collapsed, and then expanded outward with an unstoppable force. A pure white, all-consuming ring of energy swept out. In its path, whether it was mountains, land, forests, or the wailing lives, everything was silently turned into the most primitive particles and returned to nothingness.
God Valley, the island that had witnessed the changing of an era, was thus completely wiped from the map.
When the light, which could make even the gods tremble, dissipated, only a scene of devastation was left on the sea. The wreckage of warships, broken masts, and floating bodies formed a hellish picture. The air was filled with the pungent smell of gunpowder, blood, and seawater.

The iconic white suit he wore had long been torn to shreds, and his proud iron fists were trembling slightly from the overuse of Haki.
"Wahahaha... what a... pathetic sight, Garp." Not far away, Roger was in no better condition. He was lying on his back, his chest heaving violently. His treasured straw hat was gone, but his face still wore that trademark smile, full of freedom and ease.
"Shut up, pirate," Garp cursed, but he didn't even have the strength to stand up. "After I'm done with him, I'll deal with you."
"Sure, I'll be waiting anytime," Roger laughed. "But, that guy... is he dead?"
The two of them simultaneously looked toward the core area of the explosion. There was nothing there. Rocks's figure, along with his Haki, had completely disappeared, as if he had never existed.
"Perhaps," Garp's expression was a little complex. "Even a monster has its limits against an attack of that level."
Just then, a battered Marine flagship slowly sailed over. Sengoku stood at the bow. The golden Buddha light around him had long since dissipated. His face was pale, and there was still a trace of blood at the corner of his mouth. It was clear that he had also paid a considerable price in his battle with Newgate. He looked at Garp and Roger, then at the apocalyptic battlefield, and gave an order into the Den Den Mushi with a grave expression. "The battle is over. Tally the casualties, search for survivors, and all pirates... are to be eliminated on sight!"
"Wait," Garp suddenly interrupted.
"Garp?" Sengoku looked at him, confused.
"This battle... Roger helped us," Garp said in a low voice, looking at the equally battered Oro Jackson in the distance. "Let them go."
Sengoku was silent for a moment, then finally nodded. Without Roger's sudden appearance, the Marines would probably have been completely wiped out here today. He had to acknowledge this favor. "Let them go," Sengoku ordered into the Den Den Mushi again.
On the Oro Jackson, Rayleigh looked at the Marine fleet in the distance and pushed up his glasses. "Captain, it seems they're not going to pursue us."
"Wahahaha! Those marines aren't so unreasonable after all!" Roger laughed loudly and struggled to his feet. "Alright, boys! Let's go! Let's find the best booze in the world! It's time for a party!"
The Roger Pirates' ship slowly turned and disappeared over the horizon. Although every one of them was injured, their eyes were burning with an unprecedented light. After this battle, their captain was one step closer to that final throne.
As the Roger Pirates left, the Marines' cleanup operation officially began. However, they did not know that at the edge of this vast, wreckage-strewn battlefield, on the remains of a similarly battered, half-sunk black behemoth, a silent rescue mission was quietly underway.
The kitchen of the Azure Dragon was the only relatively intact place on the ship. Ren stood at the stove. At his feet was an insulated box made of Seastone. Inside was a thick soup that he had made with his last ingredients, a fusion of his entire understanding of the "Soul of Guardianship." The soup was as mellow as jade and exuded a warm aroma that could soothe the soul.
Ren's Observation Haki had long since covered a radius of dozens of miles. He was like the most precise radar, capturing every faint life force of his comrades. "Found the first one." Ren picked up a bowl of soup. His figure flashed, and he leaped directly from the broken rail. His toes tapped on the floating planks as if on solid ground, his speed so fast that he left only an afterimage. Soon, he arrived at a huge piece of ship wreckage.
"Gurararara... cough, cough..." A familiar figure was leaning against the wreckage, half of his body submerged in the cold seawater. It was "Whitebeard" Edward Newgate. The naginata in his hand was broken in two. His body was covered in sword wounds and internal injuries from the shockwaves. His aura was extremely weak. After fighting a deathmatch for a day and a night with an opponent of Sengoku's level, with the other having backup from time to time, even he was at the end of his rope.
"Newgate," Ren's voice sounded in his ear.
Newgate struggled to open his eyes. Seeing it was Ren, he gave a weak smile. "It's you, Ren... we... we lost, didn't we..."
"Not yet," Ren said, handing him the soup. "Drink this."
Newgate did not hesitate. He took the bowl and drank the steaming hot soup in one gulp. The moment the soup entered his throat, an indescribable, warm, and vast life energy instantly dissolved within him, like spring rain on a dry riverbed. The wounds on his body began to heal at a visible rate, and his depleted stamina and Haki were also rapidly recovering. Most importantly, that warm energy seemed to tell him that he was not fighting alone, that he had a family behind him.
"Gurararara!" Newgate stood up again. Although he was still in a sorry state, the fire was reignited in his hawk-like eyes. "Good! Good soup!"
"Let's go. Find the next one," Ren nodded, and the two of them set off together. Under the guidance of Ren's life-detecting Observation Haki, they soon found the other survivors.
