But the actual manager is an individual investor holding 49%.
In recent years, Huimin Hospital has been bombarded with numerous complaints and reports, as well as some legal disputes. These negative news pieces have greatly displeased the management in the Northwest Region's investment company.
Ironically, these disputes are not due to the hospital's medical services, but rather... the cafeteria.
The hospital cafeteria has issues such as inflated prices, poor quality food, and not providing meals outside of meal times, among others.
When patients complain to the hospital, they are told: the cafeteria is a third-party service and isn't managed by the hospital.
When they approach the cafeteria, the management says: this was arranged by the leadership, you should talk to them.
