It's a magical attire exclusively crafted by Chaldea for the last Master of humanity, combining ease of movement and practicality, with sufficient protection performance to allow the Master to withstand more intense battles and operate in complex environments.
It also has numerous solidification magic effects added, enabling the Master to have a certain level of combat capability, able to support the Servant's battles… although this is largely covered by the effects of the Command Spell.
