When Ye Tong appeared in the public eye again, the internet was flooded with negative news.
Gu Yuan and Feng Lei couldn't suppress it no matter how hard they tried.
This time, it wasn't that trolls deliberately targeted her, but Ye Tong's videos released in the past half year were too homogeneous. Although the backgrounds and her outfits were beautified, sharp-eyed netizens still noticed patterns.
Someone posted an analysis thread, concluding that Ye Tong doesn't seem to be undergoing treatment in a hospital; she might be confined somewhere under management, either serving at a base or imprisoned.
Trolls latched onto the imprisonment speculation and relentlessly attacked Ye Tong.
Tax evasion, drug use, gambling, drunk driving, hiring a hitman...
Just searching for Ye Tong online contributed to half of the criminal code.
The uninformed public was guided by the trolls to label Ye Tong as a disgraced artist.
