At 6:30 in the morning, Laura Quincy woke up with her biological clock. She simply got up to wash up, then went to the kitchen to cook some wheat porridge and steamed a few creamy buns and eggs that she bought at the supermarket yesterday.
At exactly seven o'clock, she served two bowls of porridge on the dining table, then arranged the steamed buns and eggs on plates, and also prepared some pickles to go with the porridge.
After finishing these, she went to the room to wake up the sleeping Justin Hawthorne, "Twinkle, it's time to get up and eat."
