Scar read through the rest of prompt before closing the screen. He turned and retrieved the conch shell, examining it briefly before walking back to Xavier, who was still recovering.
"Seems they were after this," Scar said, tossing the shell to him.
Xavier caught it with ease, his inspecting the shell with a deep curiosity. "It looks ordinary to me," he hummed. "Why would Dark Dawn be after an ordinary shell?"
"Who cares," Scar scoffed. "It's not our problem."
Then he glanced around the museum, finally registering the other people around. The other p co eople that had witnessed the entire massacre.
They were all staring at him, fear written across their faces.
A woman stood frozen with one hand covering her mouth. A little boy held tightly onto his father's leg, peeking at Scar from behind him. One of the museum attendants trembled as he crouched beside an overturned display stand. Even the museum guards who had regained consciousness looked uncertain.
