Laying on my bed panting like I had just run a sprint definitely made me feel a little bit like a degenerate - considering what I had done all day though it was a pretty valid feeling - after what I had just done, but it was this moment of doing nothing that gave me the opportunity to reset myself.
I felt a little unclean but at the same time I was refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to tackle the rest of the day... which was merely another hour or two before I should head to bed and get some much needed sleep for tomorrow.
Because I had just one more 'free' day before my classes started, and when classes started I was going to have to focus a large majority of my energy on learning so that I could carve out a nice life for myself, by myself.
