The sky was already more darker, dawn was coming soon, as he looked at the sky for a moment, he looked infront of him again.
As the young man looked at his house, he took out his keys. The house was not much of a eye catcher, just a simple one, it has a more modern look to it, and has the typical color of greyish-white, but it not to big. However, it could be a house of 10, if spread wisely that is.
The young man unlocked the door, and opened it, revealing a small hallway with a small shoe rack in the corner. he got inside and immediately took off his shoes and socks.
Suddenly a loud voice sounded "Hey!, Souzou get your food, its been ready for two hours"
Souzou with a hungry stomach and a happy impression on his face replied "alright I'm coming, just let me change right quick". Souzou walked to his room, and entered.
Talking his clothes off and changing very quickly as if the food gonna run away, he even almost fell on his face...
Souzou then left his room, to go wash his hands in the bathroom, he then got out of the bathroom, after washing hurriedly. he entered the kitchen and saw his mother prepping his food.
Souzou sat down, he was planning to make his own food earlier, but his mother made him food already, so he just gave up and decided to eat whatever it is ready, because its convenient and he was not a better cook then his own mother.
Souzou mother looked at Souzou with worry and said "your a bit a lot more tired then i thought, you know you got college tomorrow, how are you gonna be able to concentrate", as she takes out the food from the microwave.
Souzou started thinking of an answer, but then his mother put down the food already, so he just decided to dig in and eat.
Souzou mother was shocked and a bit irritated by this, then said "enjoy your food, but at least respond before you eat and ignore me next time".
As Souzou ate like a maniac, he looked at her and gave her a gesture of a thumbs up and got back to eating.
Souzou mother was annoyed by this, but then just gave up and left the kitchen.
After a while, he finished his food, he stood up to drink water to wash down the food he ate. After coughing from drinking the water way to fast, he left the kitchen and entered the bathroom.
while he was washing his hands satisfied, he looked up to the mirror and saw his figure being reflected by it.
The mirror reflected a young boy with a semi whitish skin, his eyes were of a dark brown color with a very tiny hint of redness to them, his face was clean and all because of his skin routine he used to do, but now gave up on it. his overall looks are some-what above average.
Souzou washed his hands and face with soap as he felt a bit disgusted by water, to clear up his constant tiredness, he brushed his teeth's, then he noticed his eyebags were more darker then usual. He looked at his eyebags for some time, then left the bathroom.
There to his front was his brother room, though his brother moved out. And to his right was his parents room there was also upstairs, where his sisters sleep at.
At the far left was his room. he entered the room once again, he was tired and spent from eating all of that food.
It was already night by now, so he decided to just play with games and sleep right after, but he started to ponder immediately.
He was asking himself, if he did his tasks that's need to be done by for tomorrow, or if there any that he forgot about. He did not remember any tasks that need to done for college, and then he felt relieved not having anything to do. Souzou felt assured and got to booting up his games to play.
He played for a while with his online friends, but only about a hour and a half, he had his fun but he still remembered college is tomorrow. he thought about them for a bit, it was very competitive but it was fun.
Souzou turned off the games, then turned off the lights, so he can sleep, he turned it off, then he walked to his bed, Souzou lied down on his bed and tried to sleep with all his mind control powers.
After the failed attempt of sleeping instantly, Souzou thought about all of his day, switching to the weird car to the college day and to the games he played.
Then his thoughts, began to concentrate more on the weird car, Souzou forced himself to stop, but could not at all, all he can do is think about that weird car, he tried thinking about his games, and it surprisingly worked.
After a while of him just thinking about games and friends, he dozed off and slept at the process of him thinking of it...
Randomly, Souzou wakes up, shocked and sweating a tiny bit, he noticed his throat was sore also, he got out of his bed, and checked his phone, it was the middle of the night, not even dusk came yet.
Souzou, disappointed and a bit angry now that he need to sleep by force, he cant just stay up till its time for college, he thought.
He steps out of his room, going for the kitchen to drink water, as he guzzled down on the small cup of water, he saw something on the peripherals of his eyes, he recoiled a bit by it and flinched, but it turns out it was just the light reflecting his shadow weirdly.
Souzou sighed, then came back to his room and slept once more.
His sleep was not even a tiny bit comfortable, it was sweaty, and kind of irritating, Souzou turned on the AC in his room, he lies down on his bed again, thinking about things but he was mostly excited about college.
After some time, finally did he able to feel comfortable enough to sleep, and so Souzou slept again.
Souzou was dreaming of water and cars, he was dreaming but then he felt, something tugging at him, it was tugging more aggressively with each one, then a loud noise resounded in his head, he did not know what it is. Finally, he stood up shocked once again, as he opened his eyes, he saw his mother tugging at his shoulders aggressively.
Souzou mother said to him "Wake up and get changed for college sou, your already late!".
He was still just processing about earlier, but then he asked "what time is it"
Souzou mother replied "you only have one hour left for your history lecture to start!, hurry up!"
Souzou panicked as his heart pounded intensely. he sprang up out of his bed and ran off to the bathroom, he washed his teeth, then his face, he even fixed his bed hair, all while hurriedly doing them.
Souzou got out of the bathroom, after completing his routine of washing his hair, he got back to his room and changed his clothes to college appropriate ones, he donned blackish-blue pants, a white t shirt with a pale brown overshirt to boot, he dried his hair with a hair dryer right after.
He looked at himself in front the mirror and gave himself a thumbs up...
Souzou took all of his college stuff and then to the kitchen, he ate very fast, way to fast, he almost choked on his food, and bit his tongue by accident. After being done with all of that, he took off to college walking, after his mother warned him, of eating to fast.
Colleges are very expensive to get into, but Souzou dad was able to get him in due to the discount they gave for history specialization, that was a lot cheaper then the other ones.
Though that was not the only reason, but also because its very close to the house, thus why Souzou is walking.
That served for both a free ride and a morning exercise.
After a while, he was walking, bored and absent minded, it got repetitive, as nothing was happening at all, the streets never really showing anything interesting other then the occasional awkwardness of having to pass a road, although it was not much of a bother to him.
He then saw figures of college students outside a gate and immediately got excited, he finally got to his destination.
Souzou finally thought to himself "i thought i was lost for a moment", as his relief surged, he looked at it.
There it was, buildings next to each other, one building looked like a manor, another building looked like a huge white box with tin foil as roofs, and another building had a green-brown theme color to it with lots of windows, it even has glass doors.
But he didn't come for those, he instead was heading to the greyish-black modern building, that was where his lecture took place, as he walked towards that building, at the edge of his eyes he saw his friends at the glass building, that was next to the building he was heading to.
He looked at them, deciding if he should stop to talk to them, so he took out his phone, and looked at the time.
Souzou panicked, then thought to himself "i can talk to them later, i only have two minutes left".
Souzou walked with speed to the lecture hall, as if just being late by a second would get him bad marks and yelled at, though the first part was not true, the latter was a much more possible one, he thought.
He got to the door and opened it, making his way to the lecture hall. As he walked inside, the first thing he saw was a bunch of students talking to each other.
The instructor was here to, at the front of the lecture hall, standing at his desk was an old man, with a black beard and a balding head.
The instructor then said loudly "sit down, we're gonna start now!", the instructor waited for all of the students to sit down as he watched them scramble.
Souzou was fast and got seated immediately at the front rows of the lecture hall, after a whole 10 seconds, the instructor said "i will be now taking your attendance, when ever you hear your name just call back with yes or here"
The instructor sat down and started going through the names, Souzou heard his name and called back with "here" while wailing up his arms, he was kind of excited about it, The instructor then checked off his name with a tick.
After a bit of time, the instructor finished the attendance, stood up from his seat and said facing the students "alright good morning students, sorry for not saying it earlier, My name is steven, and i hope you all going to benefit from todays lecture, and ready to learn about history today, i will be going through ancient history, how they used to live, how they used to do things and cope with things, and how they used to think, and much more then that", Steven took a breath then said after "i need you guys all to focus, so you wont be behind your pears, and to easily understand the next lecture".
Steven then said "also this is going to be a one hour and a half lecture, and so there will be breaks of 5 minutes in between the lecture".
