"I guess we can head back now. I collected a lot of these flowers and now I want to put them in my room," Satoshi says. They both walk over to Jesse. He creates a magic circle, and they all teleport to the base.
They appear right outside the base, and they all walk inside. Satoshi breaks down the door as he walks through it into the base. They head down the hallway into the meeting room. Krytheos, Aevum, Lilith, and Iori are sitting inside. Iori is leaning back in her chair. She turns and looks at them. "It took you guys long enough to get here," She says. The trio sat down. Krytheos has his feet sitting on the table. Aevum is towards the back of the room, not doing anything interesting. Lilith is sitting upside down on her chair. Jesse, Dai'chi, and Satoshi sit down. Krytheos begins to speak first.
"So why was this meeting called? I think I remember you saying it was due to Satoshi gaining debt when Dai'chi and Jesse left. Are they planning to attack us or something?" Krytheos says.
"Yes, they will be attacking us. They have connections to a powerful assassin group, and they know two well-known adventurers who will be helping them. My first thought to beat them was to just hand over Satoshi. That was also my second thought that I had. Then I realized, how are we supposed to give Satoshi away to them? So, I had to give up on that plan because I didn't have any way to effectively restrain Satoshi for a long period of time. So I have to leave for a meeting with someone else. All of you need to stay here, just in case they attack while I'm gone. If you don't like it, just get mad at Satoshi for gaining the debt and Aevum for not doing anything to stop him while they were there together," Iori says.
"Can I leave? It's not like I'm going to make a difference if I did stay. Plus, I do have important things I have to do," Jesse says. Iori thinks for a moment. She eventually agrees, knowing that Jesse wouldn't make a difference if a fight were to happen at the base.
"I could have stopped Satoshi alone, but I was busy trying to get something for a potion I wanted to make, plus afterward, he just disappeared. If I knew what he was going to do, then I might have paid more attention. It isn't really that big of a deal anyway. It's only going to be a few people attacking us," Aevum says.
"I agree, it's not that big of a deal. My debt is only around 36 billion UniCredit's. How big of a deal could that even be?" Satoshi says. He thinks for a moment, then realizes something. "Actually, it's more like 45 billion now due to property damage, sounds like a rip-off if you ask me. Why would I pay for property and then give it to them for free?" Satoshi says.
"That is a big deal. We would barely be able to pay off a tenth of that if we tried. For that much debt, they are going to send more than 'a few guys' to attack us. Why was Aevum ever made Co-Leader in the first place?" Iori says. "I'm heading to my other meeting. Don't die, unless you are Satoshi. That might be more beneficial for us anyway." She teleports away.
"Well, I'm going to leave now, see you guys after the guys attack," Jesse says. He grabs the flower off the table and stands up. He puts his hands in his pockets and teleports away. Lilith falls out of her chair and teleports away soon afterward. She wasn't paying attention to a single thing Iori said.
"So yeah, I ain't going to stay here and deal with the problem Satoshi caused. I would rather spend my precious time doing something else that I enjoy. I might return after the fight starts if I feel like coming back. Bye," Dai'chi says. He walks out of the room and teleports to the Mysterio Mansion.
"Would it have been useful to tell Iori that one of the debt collectors attacked me while I was gone. I felt like there was no need to because they were so weak. If that was how strong they are, then they aren't a problem at all," Satoshi says.
Aevum shrugs his shoulders. Krytheos rests his battle axe on his shoulders. "You guys can just leave. I will be able to take out the fools that come to attack. They won't last more than a minute," Krytheos says. Aevum and Satoshi turn towards him, unamused.
"You wouldn't be able to take out an ant if it were crippled and on its dying breath. There is no way you would take out a few guys on your own," Satoshi says. "You might as well leave instead. Jesse would be more useful than you without even fighting." Outside the base, they begin to hear loud marching. "Who dares to trespass on my territory?" Satoshi says. They open the door and look outside the base.
Outside, they see a large army that expands past the horizon. "I guess the army is already here," Aevum says. "I expected them to take longer to collect this many people. It's a bit more than just a few guys."
The person stops and points their sword at them. "Pay off your debt now. If you don't, then we shall kill the one known as Satoshi and use his bounty and items to pay it off instead. Surrender now or pay the price," He says. Satoshi looks at him and grins. He slowly starts to chuckle before devolving into a full-on laugh, devoid of any sanity.
"You're going to kill me, you say. What kind of idiot do you have to be to think you can do that? I give you two options. Run now and get slaughtered as you flee, or face me head-on and die a slow, painful death," Satoshi says. Aevum and Satoshi both jump forward. "The only options left are your demise."
