His crafting skill perfectly goes well with this skill, which impressed him with the world's taste in combos.
Necro ran back to him and tugged on his shirt, Kyle shifted his attention to her. "Daddy, I forgot to do this earlier, but Happy birthday, I also want to give you a gift."
Kyle was stunned, why was it the girl calling him Daddy to be the second to say happy birthday to him and it was the second to give him a gift...honestly, Kyle felt touched by the gesture. "What's the gift, Necro?"
Necro removed one of the small skulls on her Teddy...skull bear? And handed it to him. "Daddy, Skully is sad about losing a Skull, but she is happy to give it to you. The skull can help you eat away at bad plants or stones."
Kyle collected the small skull with a smile on his face and utterly ignored Necro, calling her a toy.
[You have been given an item. Use the scanning feature to identify the attributes and function of the item.]
Kyle lifted the little skull in his palm. It felt oddly heavy, like stone, yet faintly warm, as if it had a pulse. His phone vibrated, flashing with a new prompt.
[Scanning Item:Mini Skully]
[Grade:Rare]
[Effect: "Devour":It can eat away at small obstacles and convert them into materials.]
"Not bad, I'll make it into a bracelet later, I wonder if there's an inventory on this thing." As if the phone heard him, it immediately replied.
[Do you wish to store the item in your inventory?]
Kyle accepted, and the skull disappeared from his hand.
[Inventory Lvl 1]
[Slot 2/10]
[Items: Necro's coffin Bed. Mini Skully.]
"...Well I sort of expected that." Necro's coffin somehow turned into a bed. Honestly, Kyle does not think anything else could surprise him. Also, he has to lollify someone or a monster. Speaking of Lolification, did one of his summon spots and Lolification spots get consumed, or was it his summon spot due to Necro technically being a summon?
He scheduled his status on the phone once more.

It doesn't consume his Lolification Slot, which greatly discourages him. It would be better if it did. He turned his eye to the fireplace and saw a chair and a long couch there.
Now, what was he supposed to do? He walked up to the couch and sat there, Lily wasn't far back and sat beside him, followed by Necro, who had a smile on her face.
He looked at the huge and empty Homestead and felt it wasn't all that bad. His birthday gift was unexpected, but being given a family was also not expected.
Kyle was an orphan, and he had no friends since he was young. He didn't go to any good schools and just stayed outside the classes hearing the teachers and soon he got a job at the age of fourteen, he washed dishes at a restaurant for five dollars a day.
After months of hard work, he had enough money to buy his first ever phone and became quickly acquainted with the online world and soon he got another job as a delivery boy with an annual wage of ten dollars per delivery but there was a two per cent cut so he only got about seven dollars per delivery and also occasionally got a tip.
At the age of sixteen, he got his own place and stopped sleeping at his kind manager's house, he rented a small apartment that had a rent of fifty dollars per month which to him at that time was affordable.
His life got better a year later after he won a gaming competition with a prize of a thousand dollars.
He played a lot of games at that age and was getting a lot of money, he was known to the gaming world as Struggle Hard Kyler because he usually picks trash builds or abilities and makes them work by trying different combinations and options for him to get the perfect playstyle.
And just as his life was getting better... he got sucked into this world, though he didn't feel any attachment to his old world, and the only person he could ever owe was the kind manager.
He sighed and closed his eyes for a moment to arrange his thoughts.
Necro sensed her Dad's melancholic thoughts and gently hugged his arm. "Daddy, are you sad?"
Kyle opened his eyes and looked down at the tiny pale girl hugging his arm. Necro's crimson gaze shimmered faintly, a mix of concern and childish innocence.
He let out a soft chuckle. "…Not sad. Just… remembering."
Necro tilted her head, clearly unconvinced. "But your heart feels heavy… like when Skully loses a skull." She pouted, hugging him tighter. "I don't want Daddy to feel heavy."
Kyle's lips twitched into a faint smile. So she can sense my emotions through this bond thing, huh… He reached over and patted her head, her white hair slipping through his fingers like silk. "Don't worry. Daddy's tougher than he looks."
Lily, who was sprawled lazily on the other side of the couch, wagged her tail and smirked. "Fufufu~ you're already adapting to the role, Master. See? Being a Daddy suits you."
Kyle shot her a glare. "Shut it, pink lizard."
"Spirit dragon!" she huffed, puffing her cheeks.
The homestead crackled as the fireplace shifted, logs glowing with magical flame that never seemed to burn out. The place felt warmer and safer than anywhere Kyle had been in years.
Kyle sighed and patted Lily's head. She was lying down, and her eyes looked up at Kyle curiously. Kyle rolled his eyes and spoke. "Don't look at me like that. It's just I think I may give this life a try."
Lily smiled, her tiny littlefangs peeking out from her mouth. "Ok, Master I'll be there throughout with you."
The three sat there peacefully before Necro tugged on his arm. "Daddy, I'm hungry. Can we cook some meat?"
Kyle froze. Well, it's not like he didn't expect this to happen. "We don't have any meat here, but we can go hunting."
Kyle's words hung in the air, and immediately both Lily and Necro perked up.
"H-Hunting?" Necro's crimson eyes glowed faintly, her little skull bear bouncing in her arms as she hugged it tight. "Do we… kill something?" Her voice carried both innocent curiosity and an undertone of that dreadful Lich King instinct she once had.
Kyle rubbed the back of his neck. "…Yeah, but not people. Just animals, okay?"
Necro blinked at him, then nodded slowly. "Okay, Daddy. I'll only kill animals."
"That's… somehow even scarier," Kyle muttered under his breath.
Meanwhile, Lily sat up, stretching her wings. "Ooooh~ Master is finally going to experience this world properly! He's going to brave the dangers of the wild! Hunt ferocious beasts! Defend his maidens!" She threw her hands up dramatically, sparks of pink flame flickering in her palms.
Kyle raised a brow. "Maidens? I'm pretty sure I've only got two freeloading brats."
Lily puffed her cheeks. "Lily is not a brat! She's your dignified dragon spirit!"
Necro raised her teddy bear and nodded solemnly. "I'm not a brat either. I'm Daddy's Necro."
"...Cute, I guess you are my only Necro," Kyle said with a small smile.
Necro, hearing that was delightful, she got off the couch immediately with an excited energy. "Let's go now, Daddy?!!."
Kyle sighed and stood up. He could go out of the Eternal Homestead with a thought, and he did. He was back at the grove, and the forest and the Eternal Homestead immediately floated towards his phone and entered it.
Kyle stared at the phone, then averted his gaze and placed it into his pocket. "So how are we going to look for something to eat?"
Necro's eyes lit up immediately. "Skully can find it."
The moment she said that, she threw Skully onto the ground. As of possessed, Skully's teddy bear body twitched, and then it stood up. It turned to look at Kyle. For ten seconds straight before angrily turning its head to the side with its hands crossing above its skeletal chest.
Kyle didn't know what to say. A ghost is possessing his dau—Necro's toy, and why was it angry at him? He wasn't the one to pull out one of its skulls from its cracked skull.
Necro pursed her lips and said. "Skully, I'm hungry. Do you want me to eat you instead?"
At her words, Skulky paused and then shuddered. It nodded at her and began walking towards the west. The three didn't parade around and followed it immediately.
They passed through a lot of obstacles on their way, from countless vines that covered the way to large rocks, which he somehow had to climb up, seemingly walking into a cave atop them.
Kyle, at that moment, just stopped and stared at Skelly intently. Did it expect him to enter a cave? Actually, as a gamer, Kyle knew what was awaiting him in that cave
A mining boss is the worst scenario, while an Elite monster is the best. Either way, he was not going to walk into a suspicious dark cave. But as if life wanted to slap him on his face, Necro eagerly followed Skelly in with no hesitation, followed by Lily, who was skipping into it as if it were a playground.
He did not want to enter there, but if he didn't and something happened to them, he might as well feel depressed since it would be his fault that something happened to them. So with a reluctant sigh, he dragged his legs across the cold hard ground and went into the ominous, dark looking, and most definitely dangerous cave like a man.
...Well, the moment he entered, it turned out he was right. The cave was dangerous.
The cave was large, to say the least, and at the end of it was a large centipede that was crawling from the ceiling to the floor about to devour a deer who was about to die seeing as ALL it's lims were severed.
Kyle covered his mouth. He wanted to barf out everything he ate this morning. Why was he presented with such a gruesome scene.
Ignoring Kyle's disgust, Necro looked into his deep green eyes. "Daddy, can she be my sister."
Kyle looked at where she was pointing and was about to tell her there was no hope for the deer, but he abruptly stopped when she pointed exactly at the centipedes' head.
Kyle felt like feinting. That thing was almost as long as a train, and you want me to lolify it, and i probably have to weaken it significantly to do it. You may be cute, but I am not stupid?!!.
But he could not say that to her as he unfortunately did not have the heart too. Instead, he brought out his phone and used the scanning feature to see what the hell this thing was.
After he was done scanning the seemingly docile Centipede, which was curiously observing them as if it had intelligence, the information panel appeared on his phone.
[Name:Deep Forest Mutant Centipede]
[Level:20/30]
[Potential:☆☆☆☆☆]
[Rank:☆☆]
[Attributes:Physical/Poison]
[Description: A mutated species of the Deep forest flesh eating Centipede with slightly higher intelligence and a stronger and sturdy body, a natural warrior and a terrifying assasin in one package]
"Huh." Kyle did not know what to say. Why was such a creature born, and why did he encounter it, not even spending a day in this world ? He was unfortunately supposed to lolify this Centipede. He wanted to go back home and return to playing games and eating normal food like rice and beans but nope the world wanted him to suffer.
