A sweet and adorable voice that said "Dad you're back. I missed you." Vishnu saw it and he noticed A little girl of 5 or 4 years. Bala smiled and pinched the cheek of the cute girl.
Bala: "Is that so. Then why don't you give dad a kiss".
The little girl kissed his cheek and wrapped her arms around his neck. Bala swept her up in his arms and then turned to look at Vishnu saying "This is my daughter shivani"
Shivani looked at Vishnu and asked "Dad who is this uncle".
Bala:" This is a friend I met recently. Vishnu. He will be staying with us for the time being
Vishnu gave a warm smile and said "Hello I am Vishnu. What's your name."
Shivani: "my name is Shivani Balasubrahmanyam."
Vishnu: "which school are you studying in"
Shivani:"I never went to school"
Vishnu was surprised and then looked at bala who was looking a bit guilty.
Bala:"Despite having a Government school here. It's more of a hell for teachers and students. Wherever you go it's full of drugs, alcohol, weed, guns. Violence. Same with the hospital."

Bala was surprised to hear that. Then he looked into Vishnu's eyes which were filled with determination. Then he explained about Dashaanan. Dashaanan Rangaraja Naidu. Son of Rangaraja Naidu and Deepa Naidu. Rangaraja Naidu was the right hand of Surya Narayanan. Deepa's father. Rangaraj always had an eye on deepa and wanted her along with all of her father's wealth. Deepa had noticed that and she always liked rangaraj for his strength and the way he dominates. But Surya Narayanan didn't like it. He was about to forbid the both of them but rangaraj had a trick up his sleeve. He had made all of the other men on his side and killed surya Narayanan. Deepa was broken. She rejected rangaraj. But rangaraj. Deepa believed it and rangaraj got her trust. They later had a son. That was dashaanan. A devil right from the birth. Deepa died accidentally from falling off the staircase when he was 4. Rangaraj died from getting crushed by bulls when he was 12. All of these were accidents that's what the law and police believe. But the villagers all knew. It was dashaanan. Not only his own parents. He didn't spare anyone who didn't listen to him. One time he threw a girl into pig farm and chopped her into pieces just for fun. Letting the pigs eat her remains. He killed the girl's parents by burning them alive. Dashaanan has multiple buisness. Import and export in the city, Poultry farm, Timber. These are all the legal ones. The ones he uses as a front. Poaching of wild animals protected by government, gold smuggling, illegal arms dealing, drug peddling, fake alcohol production, organ trafficking and even sex trafficking. The SEX trafficking is the most special. They target young women with above average features. College students, working women, doctors, nurses. Sometimes models, actresses and even high school students.

Vishnu:"He's contesting in the election?"
Bala nodded. Vishnu smiled like a warrior who was challenged and said "Let's see what happens when the ravan meets ram. The day we meet. He will reach his expiration date." Bala wondered who's more scarier now Vishnu or Dashaanan.
