Chapter 3 - Chapter 2 - Human World?

"What do you mean, 'inside a dungeon'?"

I couldn't make sense of what she was saying.

"I clearly told her I came from my village, Elysium…"

Jin Sojin's question left me utterly confused.

"If we step outside, I think it'll become clearer. Just a hunch, but…"

Muttering something to herself, Jin Sojin spoke to Jin Sohye, and I tried to gather my thoughts.

(inside a dungeon'? What is she trying to say? I left the elven village… was chased by guards… thought I was going to die… and then that blue thing…)

A blue gate had swallowed me whole.

"Oh."

As I quietly reflected on how I ended up lying here, a realization hit me.

Could that blue thing have done something to me?

Her attitude, like she'd never heard of elves before, and her inability to understand what I was saying.

It might sound far-fetched, but…

What if that blue thing sent me to a place where elves don't exist?

The suspicion crept in that I'd been transported to such a world.

No way, I thought, shaking my head, trying to figure out why she'd ask such a question.

"Silian, does your wound still hurt?"

Jin Sohye's voice broke through my thoughts as she spoke to me.

She seemed to be getting more comfortable talking to me, approaching without hesitation.

Her voice snapped me out of my reverie.

"No, I'm fine… but it's strange. The last wound I saw was so bad, I wouldn't have been surprised if I'd bled out and died."

"Luckily, there was a hospital nearby run by someone I know. Thanks to that, we could treat you quickly without any lasting damage."

"It was really touch-and-go."

Leaving the smiling Jin sisters behind, I tried to sort through my tangled thoughts.

(A hospital… something's definitely off about this place. The hospitals where I'm from don't heal wounds this perfectly.)

At least in my world, hospitals were more like, "Oh, this is bad… sorry, we can't help you," and they'd give up.

The strangeness kept piling up.

Answering their kindness, I said, "Haha, thank you. You not only saved my life but treated me too… I'll do anything I can to repay you."

"Then, um… how about we start by helping you take off those bandages? Can you stand up?"

"Sure, I can do that."

I nodded at Jin Sojin's simple request.

The bandages were wrapped tightly but came off easily.

And there it was my leg.

Dark, slightly rough feet and calves.

As you went higher, the proportions of my lower body were… well, perfect.

Firm and toned, my legs were the kind that made you want to reach out and touch them.

If I were a woman and those two sitting there were men, they'd probably be staring wide-eyed at my legs.

My body, forged by hard labor, was pretty impressive, even to me.

As I was thinking this, I noticed someone actually acting on it.

"This… this is weird. Can calves and thighs really be this thick and solid…?"

"Wow…"

Ignoring the sound coming from Jin Sojin's direction, I finished unwrapping the bandages from my lower body.

Thankfully, it seemed they'd put underwear on me properly.

While running from the guards shooting arrows at me, I'd been worried about my… *precious parts*. They were still innocent, untouched, you know? I'd run while fretting over whether they were okay.

But seeing Jin Sojin walk in with her… imposing chest held high, my *precious parts* had twitched, so they were probably fine.

I checked my leg after removing all the bandages.

"Wow… the wounds are completely healed. I had a feeling since there's no pain, but this is real."

"…"

The hospital room was oddly quiet. There were people here who'd been responding to me just moments ago, but now…

For some reason, Jin Sohye and Jin Sojin were silent.

When I looked at them, they finally met my gaze and responded.

"Uh, yeah! Of course… you're not doubting our hospital's skills, are you?"

Startled, I quickly replied, "No, no! That's not what I meant. I'm sorry, I was just so amazed I spoke out of turn."

"Wounds like these can be healed quickly. Since they were small and not too deep, it was even easier to treat."

Jin Sohye and Jin Sojin said this, then fixed their eyes on my lower body again.

Following their persistent gazes, I looked down at my legs too.

Calves and thighs built to stand strong through years of rolling around in mines, plus my dark skin.

To me, they were just my familiar legs, so I couldn't understand why they were staring so intensely.

"They're nice legs, sure, but are they that worth staring at…?"

Assuming there was a reason, I brushed it off.

Silian was starting to realize that this place was far, far removed from his village.

(No arrows pierced my body, but plenty grazed me, taking bits of flesh with them.)

Having lived covered in blood and dirt, I knew how serious those wounds were.

And yet, they called this level of injury "minor"?

As I looked at them and thought, they were looking at me and thinking too.

"If it's just this level of injury, a nearby healer could've fixed it for cheap… Why was he on the verge of bleeding out? He really doesn't seem like he's from here."

"I heard there was no brain damage… He got injured, got treated. Why doesn't he know that?"

We were all feeling the same strangeness, thinking similar thoughts.

A suspicion I'd had from their earlier whispered conversation crept back up.

What if I really had ended up inside a dungeon world?

"Let's finish taking off the rest."

Pushing aside my complicated thoughts, I unwrapped the bandages from my upper body.

And there it was Silian's torso.

Sure, it was dark and rough, but that only added to its charm, revealing a perfectly sculpted upper body.

Starting with chiseled abs, it widened into a broad, inverted triangle shape.

My pecs were so full, even someone of the same sex might want to give them a squeeze.

And those broad shoulders?

Even as a woman, I couldn't help but want to throw myself into their embrace.

"Ah…"

Jin Sojin and Jin Sohye stared at my torso with expressions I'd never seen before.

"Uh, Silian, you're… never mind."

"…? Yes?"

Jin Sojin barely stopped herself from saying, "Your body is amazing."

"Is his body… carved from marble?"

Her eyes trembled.

Even when facing enemies far stronger than her in her hunter life, she'd never felt like this.

Jin Sojin's mind was flooded with overwhelming excitement.

The men she'd seen in this world were all lanky, stick-thin, and frail.

It wasn't their fault men here just didn't gain weight easily, and even with exercise, building muscle was tough.

So, they focused on grooming their appearance instead.

Not all men were stick-thin, though. A select few had plump, juicy pecs and glutes that made you want to keep squeezing them.

Some achieved that plumpness through exercise, but they could never match the softness of those "chosen ones."

Even those who worked hard to sculpt their bodies despaired, knowing they'd never reach the level of the elite, so they slacked off.

That's why the body before their eyes was utterly shocking.

It had to be it was an environment that made it inevitable.

It was more captivating and ruggedly wild than any man they'd ever seen.

Of course, Silian didn't think that way.

In his world, there were others with bodies as impressive as his, and even those less impressive had muscles they could display without shame.

"Ha…"

Jin Sohye's jaw was still dropped, and I worried she might start drooling soon.

I quietly ignored her behavior, which had been consistent since earlier.

"Um… could you tell me why you asked me to take off the bandages?"

I asked about the reason for their request.

"Oh! Right, sorry! We, uh, brought the largest men's clothes and pants we could find, so please put these on…"

*Grunt, grunt…*

Excited to hear they'd brought the biggest size available, I struggled to pull on the pants.

Every time I moved, my *precious parts* dangled embarrassingly, but I gritted my teeth and focused on getting the pants on.

But even after a few minutes, I couldn't get them on.

I tried every piece of clothing Jin So-jin brought, but none fit me.

(Are all the men in this area so small? Even in far-off places, can there really be this much difference…?)

(I heard humans were supposed to be similar to me or smaller…)

I managed to stuff my calves in, but my thighs? No chance. Giving up, I asked, "I'm sorry if this is rude, but… do you have anything bigger?"

"…"

Jin Sojin, staring blankly at something slightly higher than my thighs, snapped out of it and replied, "Oh! S-sorry! We, uh, brought the biggest size we could…"

"Yeah… anything bigger would need to be custom-made…"

Hearing that, I realized the men here must be *much* smaller than I thought.

I glanced around the room for something to cover myself with.

In the corner, on a hanger, was a coat that looked big enough to cover me.

"I'll borrow this for now, then."

"Wait, that's mine—"

"Oh… is that okay?"

"N-no, it's fine! Go ahead!"

Jin Sojin hesitated for a moment before smiling brightly.

I thanked her kindness and carefully took the coat from the hanger, slipping it over my shoulders.

*Hmm, a bit small.*

Jin Sojin stared blankly at me.

I felt a little guilty, like I'd done something wrong, but what choice did I have? I couldn't walk around in just underwear.

I draped the coat over my body, fiddling with the buttons while flapping it to figure out how to fasten it.

And so…

Wearing only underwear beneath and a coat on top, I became a half-elf barbarian in a trench coat.

It was a ridiculous look. In Silian's world, a woman seeing him like this would've immediately called the guards, labeling him a pervert.

But to them, it was nothing short of electrifying.

The way he flashed the inside of the coat was the textbook definition of tantalizing.

If an unattractive guy had done this, they'd have kicked him so hard he'd never wear clothes again.

But Silian's body? It was like he was saying, "The outfit doesn't matter I'm the masterpiece."

His face was hidden by hair and a beard, so his looks were unclear, but his body more than made up for it.

"What… what is this? I've never been turned on by a man before… this is… dangerous… ♡"

Feeling this kind of excitement for the first time, Jin Sojin belatedly realized her body was reacting and quickly said, "H-hey, Silian! Stop flapping the coat and button it up Hurry!"

Puzzled by her urgency but distracted by the way her chest jiggled as she moved, I fumbled with the unfamiliar coat, stuffing it together and buttoning it up.

Seeing this, Jin Sojin sighed with relief but also a hint of disappointment. Jin Sohye, meanwhile, looked genuinely regretful, staring blankly as she recalled his uncovered body.

Swallowing her disappointment, Jin Sojin said to Silian

, "Alright, enough of this. How about you step over to the window for a moment?"

"Oh, sure. Got it."

I stood up, and Jin Sojin steadied me as she guided me slowly to the window.

When we got there…

*Click—*

Jin So-jin flung the window open.

Silian's eyes were met with a blue sky above and a gray, concrete world below.

The moment the window opened, a cacophony assaulted my ears.

How had I not heard this noise before?

Carriages no, vehicles rushed by silently, emitting loud sounds.

Below, a woman was exercising vigorously.

An old man sat in a wheeled chair, pushed by his son.

Girls were playfully hitting each other with sturdy-looking branches.

Beside them, boys were quietly playing house.

The sudden onslaught of noise would've made any half-elf with keen hearing wince, but Silian didn't.

Or rather, he didn't have the chance to.

"Where… am I?"

Everything was unfamiliar.

Where he'd lived, there were no buildings this tall, no silent carriages, no rolling chairs.

And as he kept looking, a sense of alienation grew.

"Why are girls playing games meant for knights…?"

The branches the girls swung made threatening *whoosh* sounds.

*Tap, tap!*

The crisp sounds confirmed it wasn't just for show.

Meanwhile, the boys moved gracefully, looking for playmates.

Seeing this, I briefly recalled my own childhood.

Until I was seven, I was a carefree kid too.

Holding a small branch instead of a sword, I'd fought other boys.

Girls would giggle and pester me to play house with them.

Of course, their parents would always show up, scolding them for playing with a half-elf.

Staring out the window, hearing and seeing a world so different from my own, I couldn't help but zone out.

A voice snapped me back to reality.

"Silian, what do you think? Does this look anything like the Elysium you mentioned?"

"I'm curious too! What kind of place did you come from?"

Jin Sohye and Jin Sojin's questions brought me back.

Looking out at the scenery, I realized I wasn't just on the opposite side of my world I was in a completely *different* world.

And they, seeing my reaction, realized I wasn't a resident of this world either.
