"What's so great about him? You're being too cautious. This Blackbeard was taken down by Magellan in one move! I think he's just saying that to save face. Don't worry about it too much," Buggy, hearing Ivankov's words, said dismissively.
Crocodile, however, agreed with Ivankov. "I think he makes sense. That Blackbeard clearly has such a powerful Devil Fruit ability, yet he didn't use it against Magellan. He must have done it on purpose. Probably only by doing that could he achieve his goal."
"Then what is his goal?" Buggy was puzzled.
Crocodile only hinted meaningfully, "What is Impel Down most famous for? That is his goal."
"Most famous? Impel Down only has prisoners... what else is it famous for..."
As Buggy said this, a thought suddenly struck him. "You mean... Blackbeard's goal is... the prisoners?"
"I didn't say anything. It's all just speculation," Crocodile said, puffing on his cigar, quietly watching the sky screen without answering Buggy's question.
But Buggy clearly didn't need his answer; he had already accepted this as fact.
Meanwhile, in the sky screen video, Magellan had once again confronted Luffy.
The prisoners beside Buggy excitedly shouted, "Captain Buggy! Look! Magellan is about to fight Mr. Luffy again!"
"I wonder how intense their fight will be this time? We didn't get to see it back in Impel Down!"
"Right, right! This is a perfect chance to properly admire Mr. Luffy's heroic prowess!"
〖Luffy was already following the large group escaping towards the outside of Impel Down, but Magellan caught up.
"Straw Hat kid! Stop right there! I won't let you escape! I will definitely capture you!"
As he spoke, he activated his Venom-Venom Fruit power again. Fierce poison surged towards the fleeing crowd.
Everyone feared his potent venom and panickedly scrambled away.
Finally, only Ivankov and Inazuma remained to confront Magellan.
At the same time, to prevent Magellan from pursuing further, Ivankov had Inazuma use his Clip-Clip Fruit ability to cut off the staircase leading to Level 2.
Seeing this, Magellan said coldly, "What do you think you're doing? Do you think this alone can stop me?"

As Ivankov spoke, he began injecting male hormones into his body.

(T/N: Newkama Kenpo is a new form of Okama Kenpo introduced by Emporio Ivankov. He describes it as the ultimate form of fighting from the Kamabakka Kingdom, Okama Kenpo is the fighting style used by Bentham. It is a style that uses mainly kicks and is taken directly from ballet dancing.)
As he spoke, he quickly made a few gestures, but nothing happened.
Magellan was speechless and ignored him, using "Venom Demon" again to charge at Ivankov.
Ivankov countered with "Death Wink," destroying Magellan's Venom Demons one by one.
But suddenly, venom splashed from the dissipated demons onto Ivankov's face. He let out a scream. "Ah! My face! My face is melting!"〗
