Chiyo stood amidst the battlefield, breath shallow but steady, her eyes scanning the wreckage she'd created.

Pakura was kneeling several meters away beside Hiashi Hyuga... barely able to stand after her tenketsu were sealed. The marks of Gentle Fist had dimmed her chakra flow to a flicker. Chiyo glanced at her and saw the frustration in the young kunoichi's face... the frustration of being useless.

"Rest, Pakura," Chiyo said, her tone neutral. "You've done enough."

Pakura tried to speak, but her throat was dry. Her body trembled as she tried to get up, defiant even in weakness. Chiyo noticed the motion but dismissed it with a flicker of concern; she had another priority now.

Hiashi Hyuga.

The man's breathing had grown ragged, his pulse slowing under the influence of the slow paralysis poison Chiyo had laced into The Mother and The Father puppets for Hizashi but it turned out to be Hiashi. She had timed it carefully... small doses carried on the wires that grazed his skin earlier. It took time, but it was efficient. His body was strong, his chakra dense, but even a Hyuga's circulatory system couldn't fight what it couldn't expel.

Hiashi staggered back, half kneeling, his Byakugan still active but unstable. He could see the chakra threads glimmering faintly around Chiyo's fingertips. His veins pulsed around his eyes, sweat dripping from his temple.

He couldn't believe it.

Shibi Aburame had been taken out earlier. Hizashi... his own brother... was unconscious, breathing but still. Their coordinated defense had crumbled piece by piece under Chiyo's relentless tactics.

And now he was the last one standing.

Chiyo's voice cut through. "You Konoha shinobi talk about peace and alliances, yet you trample through our lands, killing our sons. After all this damage… I think I'll take you whole. Two Byakugan... and a body worthy of study and lot more to uncover. Maybe a Hyuga clan in Sunagakure."

Hiashi stiffened. The malice in her tone wasn't the emotional kind... it was the clinical sort. Cold. Calculating. He could tell she wasn't threatening. She was declaring intent.

Chiyo extended her hand, chakra threads spreading like strands of silver mist. She sent the threads towards Pakura and began pulling her closer. She wanted to take back Pakura.

Hiashi, half-blinded by poison and fatigue, but reacted instinctively. He gathered what little chakra he could and struck forward, his palm slicing through the invisible air.

"Eight Trigrams: Air Slice!"

The compressed chakra slice burst outward, cutting through the threads. Chiyo blinked as the threads snapped apart and Pakura dropped to the ground again, free. Hiashi staggered from the effort, coughing blood, but managed to stay upright.

Chiyo's lips tightened... not quite a smile. "So you can still move. Admirable."

Without wasting time, she slammed her palms together, releasing a surge of chakra that shimmered with faint gold lines across her hands. The seals formed rapidly.

"White Secret Technique: The Chikamatsu Collection of Ten Puppets."

Ten distinct chakra signatures burst into the battlefield. Wooden and metal forms unfolded from her summoning scrolls, their joints clicking and creaking as chakra threads attached to each. Their designs were ancient, bearing the craftsmanship. Each puppet carried a deadly specialty... swords, saws, drills, and hidden launchers ready to tear through anything that stood in their path.

Hiashi felt the ground vibrate as they surrounded him. Ten puppets... each an extension of a master's will. Each puppets stronger than an elite jounin.

He clenched his fists and forced his Byakugan to sharpen. The world brightened in shades of chakra. Even in his weakened state, he could see the threads... faint but traceable. The trick was to find Chiyo's blind rhythm. She was fast, yes, but even a puppet master had limits. She had been keeping us at bay for a long time, she should have consumed quite a chunk of her chakra.

The first puppet lunged... a spinning blade embedded in its arm. Hiashi sidestepped, barely dodging, and struck its chest. The chakra burst shattered its torso, but another puppet replaced it instantly, forcing him to rotate midair.

"Eight Trigrams: Rotation!"

His chakra exploded in all directions, forming a perfect dome that deflected the incoming barrage. The puppets bounced off, somersaulted before it hit the defensive sphere. But the poison in his blood slowed his movement... the rotation faltered before completing its arc.

Chiyo saw the hesitation. Her fingers moved, graceful and swift. "Now."

A barrage of senbon and kunai, each laced with paralyzing compounds, rained from multiple directions. Hiashi deflected what he could, his hands a blur, but his speed was fading. A single senbon grazed his arm... then another hit his thigh. The effect was immediate. His muscles stiffened, his breath caught, and his vision blurred.

He stumbled backward, his rotation technique faltering entirely.

The ten puppets closed in.

Hiashi struck desperately, chakra flaring from his palms, but the puppets overwhelmed him. Their strikes were precise... not enough to kill, but enough to restrain. Thin wires looped around his arms and legs, pulling him down into the dirt taking away his movement.

Chiyo walked forward with slow, deliberate steps. The battlefield was silent now, except for the faint creak of puppet joints. She knelt beside Hiashi, examining him closely. His Byakugan still glowed faintly, though his focus wavered.

She murmured. "Clever trick with exchanging roles earlier. But this one…"

Hiashi tried to move, but his muscles refused. He couldn't stop her.

Chiyo pressed her fingers gently to the side of his head. "Don't worry. I'll make it quick."

Her chakra threads twitched. With surgical precision, she used her puppet to hold his face steady while she plucked one Byakugan from its socket, severing the optic nerve with meticulous care.

Hiashi let out a hoarse grunt of pain.

Chiyo placed the glowing eye into a liquid-filled capsule... one she had prepared long before this mission. She sealed it carefully, ensuring the optic nerve remained intact. The glow didn't fade this time.

"Perfect," she whispered. "A complete sample."

She reached for the other eye... until something in her peripheral vision flickered.

It was almost imperceptible at first... a shadow that didn't belong to the puppets. Then, suddenly, movement. Fast, fluid, deadly.

A fist cut through the air toward her.

Chiyo snapped her fingers. One of the Chikamatsu puppets intercepted the blow... but the sheer force behind it crushed the puppet instantly, sending splinters flying. The shockwave cracked the earth, throwing dust and sand into the air.

Chiyo's instincts screamed. She jumped back, reforming her chakra threads to control the remaining puppets. She was caught off guard.

Out of the settling dust stepped a woman... a tall, commanding figure with blonde hair tied into twin ponytails, her body cloaked in a beige combat coat. The symbol of the Senju clan gleamed faintly on her back.

Her eyes locked on Chiyo, burning with restrained fury.

"Tsunade," Chiyo muttered under her breath.

The name carried weight. The Slug Princess of Konoha. Granddaughter of Hashirama. One of the Sannin.

Hiashi managed a faint smile through his pain. "Finally."

Tsunade's eyes flicked to him for a brief moment, confirming he was alive... then back to Chiyo. "Old Lady Chiyo... It's been since 2nd shinobi war."

Chiyo gave a thin smile, her puppets forming a defensive arc around her. "Princess of Senju. You're late."
