Chapter 1 - Chapter One – A Birth in the Shadows

In an advanced world built upon artificial intelligence, a night arrived when everything seemed more peaceful and beautiful than ever. The sky was filled with artificial lights that twinkled like real stars, and the streets were alive with colorful lights and the laughter of people. In restaurants, families and friends gathered together, eating and celebrating. In this world, no one was poor, no one went to bed hungry, and no home was left without a roof. It was as if a small paradise had been created on Earth. Yet behind this beautiful facade, a dark and ruthless shadow existed—a shadow that originated from the heart of the royal palace.

On that very night, amidst the colorful lights and the joy of the people, a child was born into the royal family. He was named Zygar. His father, King Arselian, was the undisputed ruler of this world. A man renowned for his endless intelligence and wealth, but with a cold and heartless core. Arselian believed that the worth of every human being lay solely in their intelligence, and those who fell below this standard did not deserve to live.

When the news of the heir's birth reached the king, he did not smile. In his eyes, this birth was merely another test—a test to determine whether this child was worthy of survival or not. By his command, the royal doctors removed the newborn from the delivery room and immediately measured his intelligence using advanced AI devices. A moment of silence filled the room. The needles of the device moved slowly, and the result appeared on the screen. Zygar's intelligence was far below the threshold set by the king.

King Arselian's face darkened. In a cold voice devoid of any emotion, he said:

– "This infant does not deserve to live. He must be destroyed tonight."

A heavy silence fell over the hall. Nurses and doctors exchanged fearful glances. No one dared to oppose him. The king spoke again, his anger even deeper:

– "Three of my loyal soldiers, take this child away. No one must remember anything. Whoever resists will pay with their blood."

Three soldiers in black armor with expressionless faces stepped forward. They took the small newborn in their arms and silently left the palace. The streets were filled with light and joy, yet no one knew that behind this happiness, a child's life was in danger.

The soldiers carried him to a dark, remote forest. Thick mist twisted among the trees, and the hoots of owls echoed through the night. They left the newborn on the cold ground. One of the soldiers drew his gleaming gun and aimed at the child. His finger trembled on the trigger. At that very moment, something unexpected happened.

The sky split open, and a massive gate of flames and endless darkness emerged. From within, a woman with long hair and glowing eyes stepped forward. She possessed a majesty and power that took every creature's breath away. This woman was none other than the Queen of Demons, Lilith.

The soldiers recoiled in fear. Yet Lilith, with just a flick of her finger, unleashed a wave of dark energy. In an instant, the soldiers' bodies disintegrated into dust. Zygar's cries echoed through the forest, and Lilith, with a gaze full of surprise and curiosity, approached him. She held the child in her arms and smiled coldly.

– "What a strange destiny… so this child will belong to me."

Lilith entered the gate with the newborn, stepping into the Demon Realm.

Contrary to human beliefs, the Demon Realm was not a place of horror and devoid of beauty. Its sky was red, forests pristine, rivers fiery, and mountains black and immense. Lilith's magnificent palace shone at the heart of this land. Tall walls and dark towers exuded a majesty on par with a thousand armies. Servants and guards, all powerful demons, knelt upon seeing the queen with the infant in her arms.

Lilith announced in a commanding voice:

– "From today, this child, Zygar, is my son. He shall be my heir and one day become the king of this realm."

The demons shouted with joy, but Lilith continued with a serious gaze:

– "This secret must remain among us. No one in the other world must know."

Two years passed. Zygar was now a two-year-old child. Yet contrary to what people in the human world would imagine, he gradually displayed extraordinary talent. He constantly drew. Although his small hands trembled, his drawings were astonishingly precise and detailed. Sketches of strange knights, AI machines, and even landscapes he had never seen.

Lilith looked at his work with amazement every time. One day, she decided to awaken an ancient power within Zygar. She bestowed upon him the "Living Drawing Power." From that day on, whatever Zygar drew became reality. The first time, he drew a small bird. Moments later, the bird rose from the paper and flew around the palace hall.

But one day, Zygar drew something strange. He sketched a man—a powerful figure with a black crown. Lilith was shocked at the drawing. This was none other than Azrael, the Demon King and Lilith's long-lost husband.

Azrael had been killed two hundred years ago. The story of his death had turned into a bitter legend throughout the Demon Realm. He had been obsessed with exploring the human world and had spent years trying to create a gateway to it. But his son, Cairos, considered this obsession ridiculous. When the gateway was finally completed, Cairos attacked and killed his father. No trace of Azrael's body remained, and Cairos seized power.

Lilith's heart trembled at Zygar's drawing. This child was not only the heir to the Demon Queen's legacy; he was also the key to revenge.

Years passed, and Zygar's power grew day by day. At the age of six, he was chosen by the "Ancient Pen"—a legendary pen that had existed since the creation of the Demon Realm. The pen was alive, with a conscious spirit. No one had been able to wield it for centuries. Yet when Zygar stretched his small hands toward it, the pen glowed with black light and accepted him as its owner.

From that day on, Zygar's destiny became entwined with the Pen of Fate. He was not only the heir of the Demon Queen but one day would step onto the battlefield with power equal to the gods…
