The story begins with a sirena who lives at the bottom of the ocean. Every full moon she comes out and she sings a song to hypnotist the boys at school, then they march to the direction of the song and as for the mermaid she sits on a rock near the beach waiting for them.
When they arrived the sirena stood up and walked towards them and counted them, when she was done she walked back to the ocean and the boys from the high school followed her.
Meanwhile at Counivour Bay High it was getting close for the school dance, boys and girls were looking for their dates to the dance and so was Fernan Atalantia.
Fernan is a sixteen years old boy, he doesn't do well in class but he's good at sports. Fernan Atalantia has sky blue hair and dark blue eyes, well he inherited his mother's looks so he was very handsome.
Fernan has two brothers and a little sister, his father works at G. Con Industry and his mother works at a hotel. The Atalantia family lost one of their sons who was Fernan twin brother "Leo Atalantia".
Fernan was looking for a girl until he spotted Satiana Minazuki. Satiana is one of the too 10 beautiful girls at school and she's fifteen years old. Satiana has a huge crush on Fernan and the first time they meet was when she enrolled into Counivour Bay but she wasn't expecting him to asked her to be his date to the dance.
