(👑)Raiden Makoto: So, who wants to go with the new member? As much as I'd like to be the guide, I am very busy at the moment.
SpecialistWinter: Although I'm the one who proposed this idea, my apologies I can't join you, as I'm in the middle of a classified mission, I would rather not return to see it fail.
Bell Cranel: I want to help!
(👑)Raiden Makoto: No, you're still inexperienced, despite the low level danger, I can't allow you a child to be the guide of a new member, as you, yourself is a new member you barely had any experience in missions, as you only been in this group for 3 months and the mission you participated included experienced group members.
Bell Cranel: O-oh, I just want to help…
(👑)Raiden Makoto: I know, I know but you need more experience for you to lead another group member, in the future I'll make sure you'll get your chance.
Bell Cranel: Right! I'll do my best!
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Now, who among the two of you is available @8man, @MadHorseScientist?
8man: Can't, I'm currently in class disappearing in the middle of it would make me suspicious.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Just say that you don't want to go, weak excuses like that honestly is irritating.
8man: But I'm being serious though..
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Hmph! I'm not foolish, it makes me wonder how could someone like you have a girlfriend, it's a miracle that she even likes you.
8man: Woah, woah why did the conversation suddenly stir into my personal relationship?!
I stared at the phone screen without blinking and said. "Huh? He has a girlfriend? That's unexpected, I wonder who it is? It can't be Yukino or else he wouldn't have told us about that predetermined fate he was on about."
Curious as to who this 'girlfriend' may be, I didn't dare to ask and would rather let the other members do the questioning rather than me.
As I'm not close with him, we barely spoke with one another, it wasn't like I don't want to be closer to him, it's more like Hikigaya himself set some sort of distance to me.
It was very clear, but one that made sense as apart from me, everyone from this group already met each other in real life.
I'm the odd one out, but it would change in time. Hopefully I can't let my relationship with any of the group members be bad because who knows they might be the first one to hunt me if my identity as a transmigrator gets exposed.
I'm far from being stupid, I know very well that this secret won't remain forever. That's why I have to get stronger as possible, strong enough to survive if they ever hunt me.
And maybe, I would be able to convince them that I'm different from the others, as I don't particularly care about other transmigrators.
After almost 2 weeks chatting with these characters, I formed genuine bonds with some of them and understood that they weren't terrible people, they were individuals who had their own emotions, stories and personalities.
Neither were bloodthirsty hunters, to them hunting transmigrators is more akin to a job than an actual hatred.
Dislike, but never hate. Those are completely different things, that's why convincing them is still possible. It might be hard, but possible.
I'd have to do it before any member dies or else it would be impossible for me to convince them that I'm on their side.
At that moment I already decided whose side I'm on, as it's clear that being on the transmigrated side brings me no benefits or makes any sense.
It's simple really, would you pick a friend or a complete stranger? The answer is obvious.
Both group members were bickering for a while, before finally getting to business.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Anyway, it seems that it's only you @MadHorseScientist is the one available for being a guide.
MadHorseScientist: Hohoho, I don't mind being the guide for the newbie, I'm quite interested in what he looks like in real life, and I'd also like to ask him if he'd want to be my guinea pig!
MartialARTish: Haha…I don't think that will happen anytime soon.
MadHorseScientist: Are you sure? I promise you'd gain immensely with my experiments!
MartialARTish: Hah, if it's not painful then maybe I'd agree.
MadHorseScientist: ….I can't promise that, after all I believe in the quote 'No Pain No Gain!
Those words I agree with, but the difference between 'pain' and 'agony' is simply world apart, therefore I'm not going to be part of whatever experiment she's going to do.
Like ever.
Or at least what I thought back then, but that's the story for the future.

I blinked once and I realized that I wasn't in my room anymore, but on a ruined highway, with lots of abandoned vehicles and blood everywhere.
It was obvious to see that there's a riot that happened not long ago. "What the hell happened to this place?"
"A massive breakout."
I flinched as I didn't notice someone was behind me, then I turned around and saw a girl, a bit older than me.
Has brown hair, which was probably the only normal thing from her appearance, as her eyes are dark red with 4 lines inside her pupils making them look eerie, but also attractive in a strange way.
Her height was about 5'2 a bit shorter than me, but if you include her animal ears then we'd be the same height.
She has a beautiful face, even by my new world standards I'm not afraid to say that she is perhaps the most beautiful one I've ever met in real life.
And her outfit is the oversized lab coat, with sleeves that completely engulf her hands, with teal and brown striped patches on her upper sleeves. The coat's midsection is embroidered with leather straps that hold multiple vials of a mysterious blue liquid. The end of her labcoat is fashioned with several unzipped zippers that are fashioned by a golden diamond emblem. Underneath her labcoat she wears a light yellow sweater with a black button-up shirt underneath, with a black necktie. She wears a plain pair of black pantyhose underneath, and white heeled boots that only reach her ankles.
This was Agnes Tachyon, one of the earliest members of the group and an Uma Musume.
Then she got closer to my face, like personal space doesn't exist in her books, then she started analysing my appearance from head to toe.
And eventually she spoke. "Hooooh? You're way younger than I thought, maybe about Bell's age, and not too handsome either, however…"
Agnes suddenly started grabbing my body, to be precise my core muscles. It was honestly a bit embarrassing to be touched like this.
It's borderline harassment, thankfully I don't mind much, after all it is a privilege to be touched by the most beautiful girl I ever met in my life like this.
In short, her looks saved her from being pushed away by me.
And also getting away with that 'not too handsome comment' it's probably her ridiculous standard.
"You have great muscles, better than some Uma's I've checked. How fascinating you're basically superhuman with these kinds of muscles, did that breathing technique help you achieve this? Or maybe you've always had muscles like this? But considering your young age…how curious.." Agnes muttered as she continued to touch my abs.
I stared at her with a deadpan look and said. "Are you done Agnes."
I would have called her formally, but seeing her act like this makes me realize, formality is wasted on her.
Agnes finally stopped her analysis and stared at my face with a smile on her face, though it looked a bit unhinged. "Hohoho, calling me Agnes already? At least take me to dinner first!"
I rolled my eyes. I know that she wasn't serious, but I decided to bite back with a smirk on my face. "Well if that's what you want, then I sure will comply."
Agnes' smile widened more, making her look more unsettling, but beautiful regardless, having a face like that is unfair.
"Hahahaha! I like you, unlike your chat history, you are pretty bold in real life, unlike others who are either too commanding, shy, strict or simply anti-social."
"I'm glad you like me then." I smiled, then thought about her comments about the other members.
I'm pretty sure the commanding type is Makoto, despite her helpful and easygoing personality in the group chat, she is in fact the highest authority of power back in her world.
The Raiden Shogun, which was equivalent to a king, but more than that she's an actual divine being.
It wouldn't be strange for her to be commanding, as she is a leader of an entire country.
Then the shy one is obviously Bell Cranel, there's nothing more to add in the list.
The strict one is Winter, as someone who is part of the military and a high ranking one at that it is given that she is strict.
Lastly, the anti-social, this screamed Hikigaya all the way, sounds like him.
Then her face settled and then looked around the highway. "Well, since you're new there's something you should be aware of, the group teleportation might not be reliable at times, but it always teleports as near the target anomaly."
Oh, that's a good thing to know after all. It would take weeks if not months to find this anomaly without knowing this hint.
"It took us a lot of guessing and some effort for us to realize this, be thankful that your seniors made it easier for you newbies." Agnes gave me a side-eye while giving her signature unhanged smile.
"Thank you for the effort then." Although my comment lacks any awe or respect.
Agnes tactfully ignored it and continued. "Back in those days, it was normal for us to stay in another world for weeks, months at worst, but after knowing this simple fact, it only took hours at best and days at worst to find the anomaly and eliminate them."
That must have sucked, but then there's someone I've been meaning to ask for a while now. "Does time here move the same way back in our world? I'm a bit worried that my family would find me missing in my room after a few days."
Thankfully, that scenario won't happen as she replied. "No, time moves differently back in our respective worlds, no matter how long we stay in another world, at worst the time in our world only moves about an hour or less."
Okay, that eased some of my concerns. It seems that time won't matter much, in fact staying longer in other worlds gives me more time for training.
And as if reading my thoughts, Agnes bluntly stated. "Don't ever think that having unlimited time in this world is advantageous, because the longer we are staying the stronger the anomaly will become, it is better to eliminate them before they could fully grow, we have once made this mistake and we almost got annihilated, the threat wasn't even C level, but after months of neglecting the target, the threat went up to become A rank, if it weren't for Makoto and our shared support we would have died in that very mission."
Her face became more stoic as she recalled that terrible past.
Hearing her explanation, it does make sense as a system user myself depending on my achievements I would easily become a A rank powerhouse if I were given enough time.
With a cheat that could easily upgrade my proficiency in everything, that makes me extremely dangerous.
Not to mention what kind of BS other systems have, mine is actually one of the average systems out there, not too weak nor too overpowered.
Perfectly balanced.
Then I was about to answer, suddenly one of the cars across the highway suddenly made a loud noise, at first it was just annoying to hear, but eventually I realized that something was drawn to the noises it made.
I looked around and saw a horse of familiar looking figures surrounding us. It was a scenario that was shown in some TV shows, movies, books and a possible theory.
Zombies.
"Oh, fucking hell. Why is it my first world travel experience in a world where there is a zombie apocalypse? I hope the virus isn't airborne or else I'd be infected." I was worried about being infected.
Then suddenly Agnes gave me a vial that had a sticky light green slime liquid inside, it was very suspicious as the liquid inside was literally glowing.
"The heck is this?"
"Take it, this would boost your immune system and you wouldn't have to worry about being infected for a while."
I hesitated, but eventually survival came first. I would rather not return as a zombie, this vial may look suspicious and could give me stomach problems at worst, but hopefully it really does boost my immune system or else I'd be really disappointed by Agnes feeding me an unknown substance for no reason.
I took the seal out of the vial and drank it in a way my tongue could barely feel its contents.
It tastes surprisingly bland, no taste at all. I was sure that it would taste bitter or bad, as most medicine boosts your immune system.
"Hoho, I like that you're decisive." Agnes liked my decisive actions very much, to the point she offered me to become her guinea pig like she did in the ground chat.
"Hey, do you really not want to be my guinea pig? Trust me, you'd definitely improve afterwards."
"No, thank you." I immediately replied.
"Shame, there would be a lot of privilege to become my guinea pig, you know?" Agnes stated, trying to sell her offer to be a mere experimental subject.
I raised a brow at that and asked. "Like what?"
"Like for example sex-" Agnes paused as she realized that the zombies were getting much closer.
It took all my willpower not to ask her to clarify what comes after 'sex' because I'm afraid that I would accept to become her guinea pig if I heard more of this so-called privilege.
Agnes then took one of the vials that had a blue liquid in the side of her lab coat and threw it in the direction where there's more zombies.
"Why did you throw that-" Before I could continue my sentence, I saw that the vial she threw exploded like it was some sort of grade.
To be precise it was more powerful than a grenade, as the entire horde in that direction was annihilated.
A massive crater was formed after she threw that vial, which answered my prior question.
"Let's run, I don't want to get trapped here." Without hesitation Agnes ran at a speed impossible for a normal human.
I followed her while using my advanced breathing technique, it didn't take long for me to catch up.
Agnes looked intrigued at my speed and took it as a challenge and she sped up even more.
"Wait-" The mad scientist uma was already far, far away running at speed that would make most cars jealous.
It's like she's a supercar in terms of her speed, it was ridiculous, even with my superhuman speed it's impossible for me to catch up unless I mastered total breathing concentration technique.
I tried my best, but still it makes sense for her to be my guide for this quest, with a speed like that she could probably beat a C rank threat without sweating.
'So this is the power of a group member veteran…' I'm not sure what rank she is in terms of strength amongst the group members.
But I'm pretty sure it's within top 3, it's less impressive than it sounds like after all there's only 6 of us.
But she's definitely stronger than I.
It won't be long till I acquired that kind of strength, still it does make me curious what kind of skills she obtained in the group.
Pretty sure it has to do with speed, as of right now she's the fastest Uma in her world because there's no way I'd believe any uma musume from her world is capable of that kind of speed and has the stamina to keep up that pacing.
From the look of it, she seemed to be going easy. It's not her top speed that is obvious to see.
And so, I tried my best to keep up with my senior group members and failed.

He doesn't know that he's in Highschool Of The Dead as he has already been teleported to this world before he could see its name, that's why he asked whether the virus is airborne or not, as it's the case for The Walking Dead.
Any group members that were doing any quest or mission of sort, wouldn't be able to use the group chat as long the quest is ongoing.
They can't use the group chat to shop for power-ups or supplies, it is no wonder they almost got annihilated when they waited a few months for the anomaly.
