"Good morning" Cara greeted her grandparents and also brother and she sat down at the dining table
"Morning dear. I heard you went to fetch your brother from work yesterday" her grandmother said and Jason smile
"Yeah and it earned me a scolding" she said
"Scolding?" Jason asked already annoyed
"From Sarah?" Her grandfather asked and she nodded
"Am sure I will hear and earful once I get to school" she said and failed to notice her brother already changed his mood
"When are you going to school?" He asked suppressing his anger
"Am already ready"
"Let me drop you off" He said and got up
"Good bye" The both said and leave the house then Cara's phone rang
"Sarah" she called and that intrigued Jason
"Yes am already on my way" she said
"Are you taking a bus?" Sarah asked
"No Jason is dropping me off" she said and the other side of the phone sat up hearing the name Jason
"Really? Get here quickly. I have something to show you" Sarah said
"Really? I will be there in 10" she said and hung up
"Jay. Can you speed up a bit? I have to meet Sarah as soon as possible" she said and the driver looked at him through the mirror and he nod. Cara did not know that the only reason her brother agreed to drive faster was because he wanted to meet the one who reprimanded his sister but she is overwhelmingly cause she would meet her friend
The car pulled over at the entrance of the school and immediately Cara spotted Sarah she alighted from the car and ran to hug Sarah which she also returned but she's glaring at a particular person behind Cara which he's also retuning
"How was your night?" Sarah asked
"Don't worry mom. I locked the door and rested well" Cara replied
"I highly doubt that" Sarah said and she looked at Jason
"Let me introduce you" Cara said and dragged Sarah to meet Jason "Jay meet Sarah my best friend" Cara said smiling
"Hi" Jason said
"Why are you always making her worry?" Sarah asked and Jason gaze grew colder
"How dare you scold her?" He also asked and the both started a cold gaze war leaving Cara out of it
