Chapter 1 - INFINITE BITE PART 1

Episode 1 — The Bite of Infinity

The city never slept. Neon veins lit the skyline, humming over cracked concrete. Bounty hunters patrolled the alleys, their weapons ready for the next hunt. Monsters were no longer rare—they were routine. Humans were born every second, dying just as quickly. The cycle was endless.

Vert shoved his hands in his hoodie, dragging his feet home from work. Just another night. Just another paycheck. He felt like background noise in a world of superheroes and villains. Invisible. Weak. Forgettable.

Until the scream tore through the night.

It came from the alley ahead—wet, guttural, followed by steel clashing and men shouting. Vert froze as shadows writhed against brick.

"Contain it!"

"Blue-veined! Don't let it—!"

A figure stumbled out. A vampire, but wrong. Pale skin laced with glowing blue veins. Eyes burning neon. Hunger dripping from his fangs.

The hunters surrounded it, but fear leaked from their stance.

Then it saw Vert.

The creature lunged. One heartbeat Vert was alone. The next, claws gripped his shoulders. Fangs tore into his neck.

Agony. His blood ignited like liquid fire. His veins seared blue, burning like neon electricity under skin. Images flooded his skull—dungeons cracking reality, humans respawning like cattle, monsters feasting, worlds collapsing into infinity.

And then, silence.

He woke on cold asphalt. His hoodie shredded, breath shallow. His hands trembled, but there was no wound. No scar. Only… fangs pressing against his lips.

His reflection in a puddle revealed faint blue veins glowing across his throat and jaw.

A voice hummed inside his head, metallic and cruel.

Vert smirked. Cold. Detached. Something inside him had snapped and reformed. The weak man was gone.

The infected vampire that bit him staggered nearby, body breaking apart under the corruption. Still alive. Barely.

Vert stood over it. "Pathetic."

He rammed his hand through its chest, tearing the heart free in a spray of gore. Blood steamed down his arm. His veins pulsed.

The rush slammed into him. Muscles coiled. Senses sharpened. The city itself felt slow compared to his heartbeat.

It was intoxicating.

The hunters reappeared, weapons raised. They froze at the sight of him.

"He's infected too…" one whispered.

"No." Vert's voice was ice. "I'm something else."

The first hunter charged. Vert caught the blade mid-swing, bones crunching as he snapped the man's wrist. His elbow shattered the hunter's skull against the wall in an explosion of blood.

The second fired. Vert's body moved on instinct, deflecting the bolt off hardened skin. His veins glowed brighter. His grin widened.

"Try harder."

He launched forward. The alley dissolved into screams and gore. Vert fought with feral elegance, each strike close, brutal, bloody. He tore a throat out with his teeth, crushed a spine against the pavement, painted walls with red.

When silence fell, only corpses remained.

Vert stood amidst the carnage, chest heaving—not from exhaustion, but exhilaration. His defense hardened with every pulse, his body evolving itself.

He licked the blood from his hand, eyes burning with sapphire hunger.

The city roared in the distance, birthing new humans by the second, new monsters by the minute. Limitless prey. Limitless levels.

Vert stepped into the neon night, smirk curling.

For the first time in his life, he wasn't weak. He wasn't invisible.

He was infinite.
