So I think a character with the Template of Infinite Void from Tales of an Infinite Regressor would be very interesting.

Data Input: you can put data into voids to create scenarios, backgrounds, and rules. You can input data into humans to forcibly alter their behavior into an NPC. Extremely versatile.
Perfect illusions: basically infinite tsukoyomi
Conceptual immortality: Infinite Void's true nature is that of a collection of concepts/conceptual viruses and exists as a phenomenon that cannot be defined exactly as a lifeform and in turn lacking true death. Sealing and being reduced can still occur.
Overwhelming power: Infinite Void at its peak during the end of the world destroyed the world instantly
