Chapter 101 - Chapter 102 – Thank You, Mr. 3

When Zhang Da Ye asked about riding skills, Artoria looked intrigued. "Want to try?"

Tom, recalling what riding skills were, estimated the roller coaster's speed and nearly turned pale.

Rui Meng Meng had only seen Artoria steer a ship, and Camie knew nothing. She curiously asked what it was, unaware of the danger.

Zhang Da Ye finally shook his head. "Better not. Other visitors are innocent."

They boarded normally and secured the shoulder restraints. The ride operators, seeing Tom seemed smart, assigned him a separate seat.

As the coaster slowly climbed, Zhang Da Ye noticed Camie next to him taking a deep breath. "What's that for?"

Camie replied, "Preparing for… ahhhhh!"

Zhang Da Ye's heart skipped a beat, as if a landlady screamed in his ear—scarier than the coaster itself.

Camie and Rui Meng Meng screamed in succession, and even Artoria joined in. Likely caught up in the excitement, she was used to riding motorcycles much faster.

When the ride stopped, Zhang Da Ye cleaned his ears, thinking next time he'd sit with Tom—the only one calm throughout.

"Let's go, Tom. Next is the pirate ship," Zhang Da Ye patted Tom's head.

Before helping with the restraints, Tom smoothly slid down to the ground, stiffly smiling and waving.

Zhang Da Ye couldn't help but laugh, picking up Tom. "I thought you were as calm as me, but you were just holding it in. Ready for the next ride?"

Tom quickly nodded, eager to continue.

After a series of thrilling rides, they held cotton candy in one hand and ice cream in the other, boarding Camie's long-awaited Ferris wheel.

Sabaody's Ferris wheel used bubble cabins without supports—suspended by two thick chains from a red tree. Zhang Da Ye's basic physics knowledge couldn't explain how it balanced so well.

"Wow~ so high!" Camie leaned against the reinforced bubble cabin, unafraid of falling.

Zhang Da Ye still lacked trust in the bubbles, feeling uneasy.

Rui Meng Meng and Camie gazed outside, enjoying the unreal yet fantastical view. Tom and Artoria quietly ate their treats.

The highlight of the Ferris wheel ride was reaching the top, a moment perfect for photos. Many might miss the thrill while trying to capture it.

The best solution… ride multiple times? Zhang Da Ye didn't worry—no phone to worry about—though he considered getting a camera later.

"Da Ye, Artoria, Meng Meng, and Tom, thank you for bringing me here!" Camie turned to thank them sincerely, then greedily looked outside. "I didn't think my wish would come true. Thank you!"

Zhang Da Ye smiled—it was a normal outing for them, but Camie's happiness made it worthwhile.

"Oh, and I need to thank Mr. 3 too!" Camie suddenly added.

"What does he have to do with this?" Zhang Da Ye asked.

Camie pointed to her chin. "Because when I blew out my candles this morning, I wished to come to Sabaody Park. And today, it came true! I used to think wishes were nonsense!"

"Pff…" Zhang Da Ye laughed. "If Mr. 3 knew, he'd be very happy."

"Ah-choo!" sneezed Mr. 3, a.k.a. Gardino, being interrogated. "I've revealed all the information I know. We only know the Boss as Mr. 0, never met him personally."

The recording Navy officer sighed. "Even senior agents only know the code name. His real identity is a mystery. Clever Mr. 0 indeed."

Normally, captured bounty criminals are identified, processed, and sent to judicial islands for perfunctory sentencing and imprisonment.

But thanks to the proactive citizen, Mr. Da Ye, who provided intelligence on a secret criminal organization, the Navy could not ignore it.

The interrogation revealed astonishing information, eventually delivered to Vice Admiral Kadaru's desk.

Kadaru quickly grasped the key point: this seemingly ordinary criminal organization aimed to overthrow Alabasta's rule and establish a utopia.

Organizations with such goals reminded Kadaru of one—the Revolutionary Army.

Since it involved Alabasta, a special World Government ally, and possibly the Revolutionary Army, Kadaru hesitated but ultimately called his former superior.

"Brrr… brrr…"

After several minutes of no answer, Kadaru hung up and redialed. After patiently waiting nearly five minutes, the call connected.

"Moshi moshi… Borusalino here," the phone imitated a lazy, sluggish tone.

"Admiral Borusalino, this is Kadaru. As I've said before, remember your black phone is for surveillance," Kadaru reminded.

"Oh? Ah~ Kadaru, I see. Contacting me now? What's the matter?"

Kadaru glanced at his watch, understanding the implied timing, and quickly reported the Baroque Works situation.

"I see. Indeed, we can't ignore it. But this involves Alabasta's internal affairs, so even we can't act independently."

"Yes, and it's beyond the Sabaody garrison's jurisdiction. How do you advise handling it?"

"I understand. I'll contact Alabasta's royal family and order nearby branches to provide assistance as appropriate." Borusalino hung up.

"Revolutionary Army? Alabasta, Baroque Works… such a terrifying organization." Borusalino leaned back, checked the time, and decided to arrange everything before leaving.

"Once Sakazuki and Kuzan are on duty, I should be more at ease… or maybe hand this to Sengoku?"
