"How did you get out?" Grant turned around and was surprised to see Daisy.
"I'm sorry." Daisy's eyes were teary as she rushed to him and hugged him tightly.
"Are you okay?" Feeling the warmth in his arms and the faint fragrance on her nose, Grant's heart skipped a beat and he hugged Daisy back.
"Grant, I'm sorry. It's because of me that you've been mistreated at home." Daisy hugged Grant tightly and said intermittently, "I apologize to you on behalf of my mother. Will you come back with me?"
Grant took a deep breath and nodded. "Okay."
"Thank you." Daisy wiped away her tears and said.
"It's okay. I don't blame you." Grant shook his head.
"In the future, as long as I'm here, I will never let my mother blame you again." Daisy said seriously, "I will change my mother's opinion and make her accept you."
Upon hearing this, Grant felt a little moved and pinched Daisy's nose, teasing, "So in the future, I'll have to rely on my wife?"
