"Put it down, I command you, supreme command! Put it down!"
Luthor used his authority, but the means he used to control Doomsday did not work. Under the gaze of the crowd, who were ready to act as if facing a great enemy, Doomsday shot a blazing colorful light in the direction of the white cocoon where Thanos was.
"Don't do it, man!" Hal quickly stood in front of the light, crossed his arms and blocked the front. The white light all over his body formed a shield in front of him, but the light still pushed him closer to the white cocoon.
A leaf suddenly fell onto a calm lake, and the stillness of the water was no longer maintained. Under Hal's desperate gaze, the stasis field was affected by the overwhelming force, breaking the seal that had previously maintained it.
Cracks appeared on the white cocoon, and a blazing white light shone through the cracks, like light in the darkness, dazzling and eye-catching!
"Mind infection."
Wayne murmured subconsciously.
"What mind infection?" Luther was shocked by Doomsday's loss of control. After hearing Wayne's murmur, he looked at him as if he had found the answer.
At this moment, Doomsday was wrapped in a thick white energy shield. This shield bought him some time and blocked the attacks of Clark and others.
"I should have thought of that earlier. How could I, Luke's creation, only possess the power of the emotional spectrum?" Wayne had already thought of a point that everyone else had overlooked. It was simply that the emotional spectrum's presence was too strong, and the battle too intense, for people to overlook it for a moment.
"What exactly do you mean?" Luther could already sense something ominous in Wayne's words. He disliked this loss of control. Especially when someone who hadn't even shown their face repeatedly caused them trouble and even robbed him of control of his creation. Intelligent people are always proud, especially those as intelligent as Luther. It's hard for them to accept that their work could be so easily suppressed and plundered.
"Luke created a power similar to the emotional spectrum, and they share similar powers and properties. I've studied Luke's energy and the energy of the green light spectrum. The most obvious difference between the two lies in their ability to infect and spread, and to animate inanimate matter.
The same courage and will, the captain's energy can infect others, making them courageous, and in turn borrowing the energy shared by the captain. Hal's green lantern is not as good in this respect.

Thanos walked out of the broken white cocoon.

Thanos flexed his newly gloved right hand, clenching it slightly under the heavy gazes of Clark and the others. His gaze swept across the crowd, landing on the spirit of existence that had merged with the Earth, and finally retracted his gaze to look back at Clark and the others.
"I underestimated the universe's will to resist, so, in the next battle, we will try a different approach." Thanos raised his hand high and snapped his fingers under everyone's blank gaze.
There was no shocking or horrifying scene, but Clark and the others felt a heavy shadow in their hearts. They instinctively felt that something had happened, but they couldn't be sure what it was. That is until they faintly heard a wailing sound from the space around them.
That's the universe wailing.
"What did you do?" John, who felt the power of the white ring on his body suddenly weakened and felt the grief from the Spirit of Existence, flew to Thanos and asked loudly.
"What did I do?" Thanos smiled and said casually, "I just reduced the energy of this universe."
"What do you mean?" Hal was a little confused when he heard the answer.
"You are all the darlings of this universe in this time period, beings endowed with destiny. The will of the universe will naturally guide you and grant you powers beyond those of ordinary people. This is also the reason why you can cause me trouble.
"There's already been one accident, and I don't want more to bother me. So, I've blocked and curtailed this universe." Seeing the bewildered, dazed, and thoughtful faces across from him, Thanos smiled again. He didn't mind delaying a little longer.
"Don't understand? To put it in a way you can understand, the upper limit of this universe is the upper limit of your power to resist me. In reality, you cannot truly control the power of the entire universe.
