The room is dark. The moonlight barely reaches the corners.
Her phone lights up and saw messages:
Slut got what she deserved.
Still chasing Liam? So pathetic.
Even her own family hates her.
She turns the phone face-down.
She whispers 'Why... why am I still here?'
Flashback Montage - Childhood
Laughter in the kitchen. Her mom kissing her forehead. Her dad calling her "little star" Rayen carrying her on his shoulders. Mira drawing flowers with her. Sana holding her hand that first night...
Her chest tightens.
The memory fades-Replaced with screaming. With blame. With slaps. With Sana's wicked smile. With Liam's cruel words. With everyone walking past her like she's nothing.
Present - Aira Sitting Up in Bed
She can't breathe.
She clutches her chest, sobbing now-the kind of cry you only let out when no one can hear you. The kind of cry that doesn't want to be heard.
She choked in her tears and said "I was loved. I was loved. Wasn't I...?"
She crawls to her cupboard, pulling out an old photo album.She flips through pages-One by one, her smile gets smaller in every photo.
Until she disappears altogether. Even in the memories, she becomes a background blur.
Mirror
She stares at her reflection.
Eyes swollen. Hair messy. Skin pale.
She whispers 'Who am I now...?'
She grabs a marker and writes on the mirror:
I am still here. But I don't know why
Then she sinks to the floor... Alone.
"I miss the girl who smiled. The girl they loved. The girl I used to be"
