As more people continue to express their dissatisfaction footsteps were heard coming from the door the room instantly fell silent as everyones eyes automatically moved towards the door.
Michael the company's acting president opened the door he stepped sideways allowing Jenna to walk in.
All eyes turned to the mysterious lady as she made her way into the conference room towards the president seat , everyone with a look of confusion on their faces watched as she sat down on the seat looking like one of those badass mafia queen in fictional novels with cool sunglasses on her beautiful face black coat high heels and a designers v neck dress.
As everyone saw her seating down it finally clicked in their brains that this was the new president.
They where all stunned looking at this gorgeous lady who couldn't be more that 25 years old maybe even younger than 22, was hired as the new president.
Jenna removed her glasses scanning the room with cold as like a queen assessing a court room, even though she looked young she emitted a strong aura, her presence was so strong that people couldn't ignore even if they wanted to.
Olsen sized up Jenna with scrutiny in his gaze that was quickly replaced by disdain.
'she must be one of those empty dolls that must have claimed up the social ladder hmmm it will be easy to get rid of her' he thought maliciously but on the surface he plasted a fake smile on his face as he stood up and said "you must be the new CEO hello my name is Mr Olsen shaw I am the director of the marketing department it's a pleasure to meet you." He sounded polite and friendly that Jenna almost fell for his act.
She just gave him a quick glance to the side before addressing the room Olsen looked slightly annoyed but quickly composed hi self and sat down.
" my name is Jenna I am your new president and that also means I am in charge now, you may address me as miss Jenna or miss president that the name you will and are allowed to call me, I have been informed by my right hand Michael here that not all the executives are here today."
The executives and directors looked around the room and noticed a few empty seats.
" Miss Jenna it's not like they didn't want to attend this meeting but the head secretary mis lacey had an emergency while mister Colin couldn't make it because of some personal issues. Mr farren an old executives at the company quickly explained thinking that since Jenna was a young girl she wouldn't be so strict with employees that have been here longer he showed a smile on his face looking like a kind elder educating a junior.
"Ohh really"
Jenna smirked lightly
" In that case they shouldn't bother coming at all including all those who are not at work make sure they get an early retirement"
"Yes miss" Michael responded as he pulled out his phone to make calls.
Mr farrens eyes widened while the rest of the people in the room where visible shakened
"Miss Jenna you couldn't possibly fire our old employees they just had a little emergency that's all " farren said
Other executives quickly protested thinking that this young lady who appeared suddenly was being too much.
"Am sorry I didn't realize I needed your opinion to fire people especially the incompetent ones, every person was informed that a new CEO will be taking over as required by the employee they are meant to be present and not absent from work but if that were the only reason it wouldn't make sense to fire them would it."
The room fell silent as Jenna continued" you see before coming here I had to run a little investigation it was interesting not only did the head secretary and other executives have been skipping work days regularly but they have also been receiving full payments with bonuses I'm confused are you confused."
She paused as she scanned the room with her sharp gaze some quick lowered their heads feeling guilty an scared.
'o God this new boos is scary'
Olsen shifted uncomfortablely in his seat thinking 'she investigated thos matter this is bad.'
"Now let me ask you this question do I need your permission to fire incompetent employees"
Jenna said as she looked directly at Mr farren
"No miss Jenna"Mr farren quickly admitted.
"Good if any of you have any objections I will very gladly offer you an early retirement if not let the meeting begin."
Everyone quickly moved to positions to start the meeting realizing that this new CEO is no pushover.
