At first, I thought about having the Nine Snake Warriors or Amazon Lily's child adrift and picked up by the Sunny, who then escorted them back, but I didn't think they would land, so I agonized over what to do and ended up with this (I even considered pretending they could use the Coodo Burst and accidentally landing on the island).
Then I settled on the idea of them accidentally discovering the island and going on an adventure.
Also, I thought about the battle scenario first, and since Luffy in this work wouldn't risk his life to protect Sandersonia, Kaya seemed like the most likely person to do it.
It seemed meaningful that she, who doesn't have any particular fighting ability, would do it.
I considered Tashigi, since they'd need an escort on the adventure, and having her accompany Luffy since he'd be chased, but I thought, "Would I run away when I could subdue him with my powers?" so I went with a masculine Robin.
I debated whether to have Robin look at her back, just like in the original, and then I decided on having her climb onto the roof and fall off with a Haki arrow.

From what she says in the story, it seems like she wouldn't activate it without any ulterior motives or evil intent, and it probably wouldn't work on pure Otoko... but it would be a shame for it to fail when she was in mortal danger...
After much consideration, I made the quick decision to have Tashigi protect Kaya.
Incidentally, Tashigi acted purely instinctively, without fully understanding her abilities. (Momonga did something similar in the original, but the Marines didn't fully understand their abilities.) For
the fight against Bacula, I wanted to blow him away in an instant like in the original, so this was Mikita's first fight in this series (Whiskey Peak? I don't know).
However, since the goal was to deliver Luffy, it was only a one-hit attack.
As for the technique, I could have used "Guillotine" or "Press," but I wanted to make it original, so I created a technique that "increases gravity from the sky and focuses it on one point on the foot for a powerful blow.

Actually, the story will progress regardless of whether Ace's rescue is carried out, whether it's carried out, whether it's successful, or not.
In this work, Luffy drops out if he decides he can't sail any further, and doesn't mind becoming king peacefully in Elegia, regardless of the circumstances, so Ace's life or death and the training associated with it aren't really relevant...
As the author, I'm considering a rescue route, but I'm wondering what readers think.
