In the forest darker than dark, the trees were shaking. The forest would fill with light, then cool down again and plunge into darkness.
- "Arkeiválivkë" - A cold and serious voice said, as the speaker was moving his hand forward.
-"Hiäshéufar shimura!" - Another voice answered with fury, as the speaker took a defensive position.
This was a battle between the great masters of the ether. They possesed a power capable of destroying and creating entire lands easily handling any of the 3 primary types of "magic".
The first one was very tall and had long hair with a disgustingly long coat. Every single visible part of them was dark, as if merging with the surrounding forest, covering their blindingly pale skin. They attacked without any regret or mercy, and they were piercing with self-confidence and pride.
The second fighter was much less distinguishable in details, since they were moving too fast to easily see them. Although, it was easy to understand that they were driven mostly by the desire for justice and helping others, they were ready to sacrifice themselves for the good of people.
Maybe, it was even too obvious...?
The first fighter used another trick, accompanied by another line in an incomprehensible language.
A giant stream of hot plasma burst from the mage's sleeves, producing terribly high-pitched sounds, and possessing such high temperature that the surrounding air literally burst apart.
With such high speed, the second fighter was caught off guard. They screamed in agony as their skin and clothes melted from the heat of the incoming plasma.
They fell on the ground not capable of moving, but they were still alive.
- "I didn't want to hurt you, but you were too annoying. I shall grant you a better death, I suppose. Look, I call it "The Overthrow", you'll like it." - First magician said with no emotion.
Everything around began to sparkle and distort. It seemes that the magician plans to erase their opponent from the space itself.
The second one's face twisted in horror. Is this the end for them? Against such powerful opponent in such situation, they couldn't even think about anything. All that's left is to pray for salvation.

An explosion thundered in the forest, and the surrounding world was filled with light again.
