In the novel Livia was also thrown into the northlands.

As soon as she set foot on the northlands . It was said that she was devoured by the monsters.

'Well…Not that she will survive anyways..'

Livia was lost in her thoughts, imagining herself abandoned in the northland.

"….Ha…Ha…Ha.."

Madline finally stop to catch her breath. Before her lay a small, cramped body which barely twisted as if she way barely hanging to her life.

A few strands of Madline's disheveled golden hair were plastered messily across her face.

"Livia"

Madline called out softly. Suddenly, Even the smallest of sounds were amplified in the confined space.

"Yes, Lady Feliste"

"It's done "

Madline lifted her head. Her red eyes glinted sharply. On day like this Livia felt that she could barely meet her gaze. It wasn't just the color—blood-red, raw, seething—it was the depth. As if those eyes weren't windows to a soul, but gateways of something -Vast, endless, and hungering.

Black holes dressed in red.

"You did well,"— Madline murmured.

Livia swallowed the chill creeping up her spine and forced a sweet smile.

"Yes, Please relay on me ,Lady Feliste"

Raven quickly moved to Madline's side and supported her . Madline took unsteady steps towards Raven as she almost collasped.

This situation was almost comical if not funny . It looked as if , Madline was the one who had suffered a injury and she was the victim.

Livia watched as the two of them left the basement.

Livia couldn't leave yet because after "Madline had done her so called business it was Livia's job to clean up.

'Sigh. ..It's finally over for today . I hope she is done for this month or at-least a few weeks'

"Please get some rest, Lady feliste"

The moment those words unconsciously left Livia's mouth.

Madline who had just started to climb the stairs, suddenly stopped and looked down.

"….."

"Lady Feliste?.."

"Hehe"

Suddenly a vicious grin spread across her face.

Ugh-.."

Her red eyes -cold, sharp, inhuman. And in at the same time another scream tore through the basement.

"Ah...Aaah.... Aaaaaargh"

The dark basement of the blossom garden rang with Livia's cries.

No one was hitting her. No one was touching her.

And yet Livia crampled forward as though her body was being pierced with thousands of sharp needles, writhing on the floor, groaning like a caged animal.

"Ughhh...Ack.."

Pain bloomed everywhere - her face, body, arms; it felt like as if someone was tearing her apart flesh from flesh. She collapsed forward trying grab something or anything to stop her pain.

Her stomach lurched violently, bile rushing up her throat. Tears blurred her vision, she tried to keep her eyes shut only to make the pain even worse, more unbearable.

* Gasp! *

Livia Gasp for air.

"Kuek..haha.. Hahahahaha"

But then came a eeriely beautiful laughter.

It spilled from Madline's like sweet relief, a high, delighted cackle that clashed against the raw suffering in the air.

It wasn't just pain - It was violation.

It felt like hundreds of heated spears driving through her chest, twisting, withdrawing, and stabbing again. But no—this was worse. It wasn't steel.

'It's alive! No-No it feels like it really is alive.'

Something writhed beneath her skin -thin and sinuous - sliding along her bones, coiling along her muscle, squeezing until her vision sparked white.

Once, it even surged up her neck and pressed against her cheek, and for a heartbeat, it felt like the glistening scales broke the surface of her skin.

'This disgusting snake, every-time I see it I feel like puking '

Raven, who had been watching with mild curiosity, finally grimaced and turned away in disgust.

Yes. It was a snake.

Then suddenly everything was turning dark. Her vision fading.

Before that she heard Madline spat out the words as if tossing away garbage—

"Tch , I really don't like you, Livia'

With that, Livia lost her consciousness.
