The note says: if your reading this someone this book is really powerful this book it contains so many different things/magic the most powerful ability in this universe is 'Absolute Manipulation' it grants the user to create,shape and even manipulate absolutes, the complete, unchanged/unchangely, eternal/infinite, all-transcending, impcomparable,omnipotent,perfect, highest and supreme aspects,qualities or properties of all things, allowing them to manipulate supreme and ufettered aspects of anything/everything including plot/narrative,space,time,life,death,form/shape,dimensions/realities, laws/rules, attributes/traits, systems, creation/destruction, even living and non living beings to absolute levels.
