Chapter 133 - Hello, Uncle Sensei

Chapter 133 – Hello, Uncle Sensei

"Waaaaah!"

In the middle of the field, Sasuke's body convulsed violently. He clutched his head and screamed in pain.

At that exact moment, a stone shot across the air and struck Haku square in the chest, forcing him back. Naruto rushed forward, his steps cautious but determined.

"I'm here to save you!" he shouted.

"Multi Shadow Clone Technique!" Naruto clasped his hands together and released a surge of chakra.

A puff of smoke filled the air—then dozens of shadow clones charged straight toward the mirrors surrounding them.

But Haku moved faster than lightning. His figure blurred between reflections, so swift he left only afterimages behind.

Within seconds, every single clone was destroyed. The real Naruto was flung across the field, crashing hard onto the ground.

Seeing that, Sasuke immediately grabbed a senbon from the dirt, deflecting another flying toward him before sprinting toward Naruto.

No! I won't make it in time! he thought, eyes wide with panic.

Without hesitation, Sasuke leapt forward—throwing himself between Naruto and the storm of needles.

"Honestly… every time… you just cause trouble," Sasuke muttered weakly. His body was riddled with senbon, his blood staining the ground beneath him.

"You… that face… why are you looking at me like that… you idiot…" he said, his breathing ragged.

"Why?! Why did you protect me?!" Naruto's voice trembled. He couldn't understand why someone would do that for him.

A feeling he'd never known before—something warm and painful—began to rise from deep within his chest.

"I don't know… my body just… moved on its own…" Sasuke whispered faintly before his body went limp, collapsing in Naruto's arms.

Kakashi, who had been watching from a distance, exhaled softly. "Those two… they really are incredible."

"Sasuke!" Naruto cried, holding him tightly.

His eyes sharpened, his grief twisting into rage. A deep red aura began seeping from his body, crackling in the air around him.

White mist swirled at first—but soon it turned crimson.

Naruto's voice grew low and dangerous. "Unforgivable…"

"I'll kill you…" His hair bristled, his pupils turned blood-red, and his face warped into something feral—more beast than boy.

He lunged at Haku, roaring with fury.

"This chakra... the Nine-Tails'..." Kakashi muttered, his expression darkening for the first time.

"What?!" Haku's eyes widened as Naruto's power exploded.

Naruto slammed his fist into one of the ice mirrors. The impact shattered it completely, scattering shards across the battlefield.

Haku jumped from above, kunai in hand, diving straight for him—but Naruto twisted midair and dodged effortlessly. As Haku tried to retreat into another mirror, Naruto's hand shot out, catching his wrist.

The crimson chakra surged violently through his arm. With a single devastating punch, Naruto smashed his fist into Haku's mask, shattering it and sending him flying backward.

Haku staggered to his feet, clutching his face. His mask broke apart, revealing his true face beneath.

Forgive me, Zabuza-sama… I— Haku thought silently, realizing this might be his end.

But before Naruto could land another blow, someone stepped in front of him. A pale hand caught his fist effortlessly.

Naruto froze, eyes widening. The figure standing before him was a young man with pure white hair and a black blindfold covering his eyes.

Even Kakashi's gaze sharpened. He couldn't sense the man's presence until now.

"Are you a ninja from Konoha?" asked Ōtsutsuki Toneri, his tone calm and unhurried.

Naruto, blinded by rage, didn't answer. He lunged again—only for Toneri to vanish in an instant and reappear behind him. With a single strike to the neck, Naruto fell unconscious.

"Incredible…" Sakura whispered, awestruck.

Kakashi stepped forward cautiously.

"Hey, young man. Would you mind handing that boy over to me?" Kakashi asked, eyeing Naruto's limp body in Toneri's grasp.

"Of course," Toneri replied simply.

The response caught Kakashi off guard. As he observed the boy more carefully, a strange realization dawned on him.

This young man's chakra was monstrous—greater even than Zabuza's. It rivaled Naruto's, the vessel of the Nine-Tails. He wasn't just a prodigy… he was something else entirely.

"Who exactly are you? And… that girl—can I take her with me?" Kakashi asked, glancing at Haku.

"No. You can't kill her," Toneri said, his tone gentle but unwavering.

"Why not?"

"Because she's a good person," Toneri replied plainly.

"Oh? You call a killer a good person? She's taken lives."

Toneri shook his head. "Her heart is pure. I've never met anyone with such clarity in their soul. That makes her good."

Even Kakashi was speechless. The boy's words carried sincerity that couldn't be faked.

Just then, Naruto and Sasuke began to stir. Their eyes blinked open, focusing on the white-haired stranger standing before them.

Inside Naruto's mind, the Nine-Tails growled in disbelief.

That aura… that bloodline… it can't be. In this era? Even Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha never had chakra this pure. Wait… that's the blood of Hamura Ōtsutsuki… but mixed with Hyūga descent?!

"Who are you?" Naruto and Sasuke asked in unison, both sensing something indescribably ancient about him.

"My name is Toneri. You're shinobi of Konoha, aren't you?" he asked politely.

"Yeah! I'm Uzumaki Naruto!" Naruto replied with a grin, rubbing the back of his head. For some reason, he could tell Toneri wasn't an enemy.

"And you… you must be Hatake Kakashi, correct?" Toneri turned to the silver-haired man.

"You know my name? What village are you from?" Kakashi asked, growing more curious by the second.

"Hello," Toneri said with a slight bow. "Nice to meet you, Uncle Sensei."

"...Uncle Sensei?" Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura said together, stunned.

"Uncle Sensei? Wait a second... you're my brother's student, aren't you? Don't tell me… that white hair... you're not saying you're Yusuke's and Tsunade's kid, are you?" Kakashi said, half-joking, half-serious.

"Ka—Kakashi-sensei!" the three genin shouted at once, completely shocked to learn their sensei apparently had an older brother.

"Kakashi-sensei, you have a big brother?!" Sakura asked, eyes wide.

"Huh? I think… Paman Sakumo mentioned something like that once, but I forgot," Naruto said, scratching his head.

"No, you're mistaken," Toneri replied calmly. "My father isn't Yusuke-sensei."

"Oh, I see. Well, your face doesn't really resemble him anyway—other than the white hair," Kakashi said, studying him.

"So where is your sensei?" he asked.

"He told me to come to Konoha to find you. He and his wife are on their final journey," Toneri answered quietly.

Kakashi sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. Still the same as ever… what a troublesome man, he thought.

Ironically, he didn't even realize that his own personality had long since surpassed his brother's in that regard.

"In that case, come with me. We'll head back to Konoha together. But… how did you even find us out here?" Kakashi asked.

"I have a map and a drawing he gave me," Toneri said, reaching into his cloak.

He handed Kakashi a small scroll. The map was so crudely drawn it was practically useless to anyone but a psychic.

As for the "portrait" of Kakashi—

It was nothing more than a stick figure with spiky silver hair, a big round head, and a label that said 'silver hair' written above it.

Naruto and Sasuke peeked over Kakashi's shoulder.

"Ahahahahahaha! What is this supposed to be?!" Naruto burst into laughter.

Even Sasuke's lips twitched as he tried not to laugh, while Sakura had to cover her mouth to keep from snorting.

Kakashi could only sigh. Yup… definitely my brother's handiwork.
