Chapter 2: Top Secret
"Top Secret", I said while shaking my head in the rhythm of the music I played on my dashboard, I was busy chewing on the blue potatoe chips imagining how livid my mother will be after finding out I escaped.
The files dropped on the floor and I suddenly got interested and picked it up and read it aloud, " Everyone in this world is born with a special ability, normally two thousand others can be born with the same ability but there are exceptions. Ten people are born with powers exclusive to them that can both save and destroy the world".
"Damn and I thought this was a big deal, this is crazy big", I replied to myself as I threw away my bag of chips "They come every three hundred years, but this generation came in five hundred years they are, Vada Vion Calendula," hey that's me",Raiden Drizel, Rabbea Drizel, Lukeus and Lamont Larkspur, Parosa Jade and Fatia Jade, Aspara Sanders, Xerxes Dean, and Tehillah Vion Xenon, "well well who are these kids with them badass names damn". I closed the file and was about to drop it, when I saw a picture of me and my dad with a map attached to it, all the painful memories and hopeless feelings came flooding back into my mind, I rubbed my temples and remembered that terrible day.
For as long as I can remember my mother has hated me, she never wanted me nor did she even love my father, but that was no excuse for what she did.
