Eternal Tarot

In this chapter, I will explain some general information about the novel and what the Nightmares of the Abyss are, or even the Eternal Dreams, as well as the classifications and terms.

Nightmares of the Abyss:

They appeared after a meteor crashed and exploded, changing the course of the world, which led to the emergence of what is called the Nightmares of the Abyss… The Abyss must be closed and the Cursed Creed must be killed, and if that does not happen, the Abyss will explode, and the entities within it will invade the real world.

Eternal Dreams:

These are places inside the Abyss where hunters can rest for a certain period of time. They are considered safe zones, and have the advantage of preventing any monster or creed from entering them—only hunters can.

Abyssal Talisman or Tarot:

A Tarot card appears in the room of the chosen person to become a hunter—on the table, under the pillow, or in their clothes. They must join quickly, because the card could disappear and appear for someone else. Once they obtain the card, they can go to training centers to learn what advantages it has.

Awakened:

The Abyssal Talisman or Tarot is given to people between the ages of 15 and 21, and at that point, they become a semi-Awakened. Once they complete their first Abyss, they become a fully Awakened.

Monster Classifications:

The monsters inside the Abyss have ranks, and there are many stories behind these names. There are six classifications within the Nightmares of the Abyss:

1- Beast

2- Greed

3- Butcher

4- Demon

5- Cursed Creed

6- Hidden Creed

Flame of Eternal Ash:

A place that exists inside the Nightmares, appearing randomly. A hunter can heal their deep wounds there or upgrade the weapons they have obtained from battles.

Potions:

They are considered a great blessing, and can be found inside rooms, secret places, by killing certain monsters, or even other hunters themselves. The colors of the potions vary according to their strength, and there are three colors: red (the weakest), blue (medium), and purple (the strongest). Potions are divided into ten types:

1- Primary Blood Healing

2- Secondary Blood Healing

3- Primary Strength Increase

4- Secondary Strength Increase

5- Third Strength Increase

6- Faith Increase

7- Primary Magic Increase

8- Secondary Magic Increase

9- Experience Increase

10- Intelligence Increase
