Chapter 41 - 41

When Thor heard that Tony Stark had actually recorded the video, he felt terrible.

"Stark! How can you record a video?"

"If it makes you feel better, I recorded Rocky too."

"How can you record a video!"

"This is a video from the future. I'd be a fool not to record it, right? Hush! Keep quiet. I'm about to win, and I want to savor this moment of victory!"

In the video, Tony Stark threw Ivan Vanko to the ground with a back throw and reached out to pull the Ark reactor off his chest.

This is the power of Ivan Vanko's electric whip. Once it was pulled off by Tony Stark, he was completely disabled. After all, an ordinary person with bare hands could never be a match for Tony Stark in armor.

Ivan Vanko was well aware of this, so he stopped resisting and let the police take him away.

Tony Stark won, but he was not happy because his victory was not as easy as it seemed. His armor was damaged in many places and he looked miserable.

"The palm cannon takes too long to charge, it needs improvement."

"The power of the palm cannon also needs to be increased. It was actually destroyed by that guy with a whip. It's really shameful."

"It still takes too long to put on the armor. If Happy and the others hadn't held Ivan Vanko back, I wouldn't have had time to put on the armor at all."

Tony Stark reflects on the shortcomings of his armor.

Admittedly, he now has a Mark 7, which is more advanced than the model in the video, but some of the problems exposed in the video also exist on the Mark 7.

"Stark, you lost, you lost! Hahaha!" Ivan Vanko failed in the assassination and was dragged away by the police, but he was very excited and laughed loudly.

Tony Stark looked at the Ark reactor in his hand, squeezed it hard, and directly exploded the reactor.

The screen disappears and the video ends.

"Stark, you must delete the video." Without waiting for everyone to analyze the video, Thor couldn't wait to ask Tony Stark to delete the video.

"Sorry, Thor, these are videos from the future and cannot be deleted." Tony Stark said, "Who knows which detail in them may hold important clues about the future."

"Yes, Thor, the videos can't be deleted." Phil Coulson stood on Tony Stark's side. "Take those videos about you, for example. How the future of Asgard is in jeopardy, and how you wandered to a place called Sakaar and became a gladiator, don't you want to know?"

"Of course I want to know, but, but..." Thor felt the whole world go dark when he thought of the video of himself being thrown around by the Hulk. "But deleting that little clip won't have any impact?"

"We don't know, do we?" Phil Coulson's voice gleamed with reason. "Because we are not sure what happened in the future, we have no way of knowing in which detail the clues to the future are hidden. Thor, this future is related to the survival of Asgard. Are you sure you want to delete those details because of your meaningless self-esteem?"

Thor was speechless for a long time after hearing this.

"Yes!" Phil Coulson couldn't help but secretly clench his fists. He finally fooled this innocent child. He would immediately ask Tony Stark to send him a copy of the video. Such a classic scene needs to be taken out and savored often. With a bottle of champagne, this life is simply perfect.

"Stark, I have to say, you have a terrible temper," Clint Barton said. "Your driver risked his life to deliver the armor to you, and not only did you not thank him, you even scolded him, even when the crisis wasn't resolved!"

"It's understandable that people lose control a little when they're almost killed." Tony Stark tried to argue, but he felt guilty. "Okay, what I did was wrong.

I apologize to them."

"Stark, I don't think you can rely too much on the suit," Phil Coulson said. "It's true that you have almost no enemies when you're wearing the suit, but you can't wear it 24 hours a day. Without it, you're too weak."

"Coulson is right. Ivan Vanko's equipment is far inferior to your armor, yet you had such a hard time winning this battle." Clint Barton also spoke up. "It's obvious that your close combat ability is too poor. If you had even a little bit of combat awareness, you would have been able to defeat Ivan Vanko."

"I'm sorry, I'm a scientist and a businessman, but I'm not Bruce Lee," said Tony Stark.

"That's what I'm saying, Stark," Phil Coulson said, "You can be Bruce Lee. No, no, no, you don't need to be Bruce Lee. You just need to know some fighting skills and punches and kicks. Don't be too proficient, just enough to protect yourself. That way, when you don't have your armor one day, you won't be at a loss."

"Honestly, the reason you didn't die this time was purely because Ivan Vanko was too stupid," Clint Barton added. "He had such a powerful weapon in his hand, and he didn't kill you before you even put on your armor. The stupidity of this is almost as great as your scolding of the driver who rescued you."

"Barton is right. If the same opportunity had been given to me, or any other trained agent, Stark, you would have been dead in this racetrack assassination attempt." Phil Coulson said, "Stark, you really need to consider doing some training."

"I can help you with that," Thor said. "I am one of the most powerful warriors in the universe."

"Guys, first of all, I have to say you're right. I completely agree." Tony Stark raised his hands in surrender. "Without the armor, I'm just an ordinary person. My fighting ability is indeed very poor, and my ability to protect myself is also poor. But there's a saying in the East, 'Every profession has its specialization.' I'm a scientist, and my strengths lie in research, not in being a spy. In my opinion, today's assassination at the racetrack is actually very easy to solve. All I need is a small pistol and a few bullets. Maybe I don't even need to put on the armor. I can make that Ivan Vanko meet his father, if his father is dead."

"But a pistol is just an external object after all. It's not as real as being strong yourself..."

"But most of the time, these external objects are very useful, aren't they? No matter how well-trained an agent is, he can't withstand a bullet," Tony Stark said. "Instead of wasting time learning combat techniques, I'd rather spend more time researching battle armor. If one day I can develop battle armor that I can carry with me and wear at any time, then what will I have to fear from assassinations?"
