Chad Jones, the run-of-the-mill adult working nine to five, was walking on his way home when he stumbled upon a woman being mugged. He stepped in, ending up killing the mugger along with himself. As his life left his body, he found himself in the body of a young homeless teenager in the back alley of Gotham when a voice rang out inside his head.
