I arrived at the cafe, where I spotted Anita at our usual spot; the familiar aroma of coffee and pastries endeared me.
Anita's face lights up as she spots me, and I know my day will be memorable with her warm smile and infectious energy. We quickly settled into conversation, sharing stories and laughter that made the world outside fade away. As we sipped our drinks, the sun streamed through the window, casting a golden glow around us. Time seemed to slip away as we reveled in each other's company; before we knew it, it was already past an hour, which made us late for our first day in school after our holiday. We were so lost relishing the comfort of friendship that felt timeless.
School was a little great today; it was not so crowded. I guess some are still not back from their holiday, especially my crush, Theodore. Theodore is our alpha's son; he is the only son of our alpha, which made him get a lot of attention from females. I am part of those that fell for him, but attention is the last thing I will give him, though I love him. But he is so arrogant that I do question why I fell in love with him because he is nothing like I imagine my man to be. He is always bossy, and to top it all off, he is a womanizer; he likes being in the midst of girls, and he likes when they rub themselves on him, which pisses me off. Anita thinks I hate him since I am always complaining about him so much. What she didn't know is that I am in love with him, but I was too shy, or should I say too angry or ashamed, about it myself, and I seem not to have the courage to tell her about it.
Our pack is the most peaceful and strongest among other packs, and you will not find anyone trespassing because our security is the strongest among other packs.
Our Alpha and Luna are so lovely and caring; at times I do wonder how they gave birth to such a son or if he will be a good leader just like his parents.
